The contractor shall set up the site working areas and storage facilities as may be
deemed necessary including all required site mobilization activities not mentioned
below

ii) Site Billboard, Site hoarding and Site Meetings Item 1

The contractor shall fabricate and errect a project billboard, site hoarding during the
construction of the water tank stand, and shall allow for all expenses associated with
convening and attending site progress meetings with client's staff and stage
inspection of works quality and progress .

iv) Contractor's Demobilization and handover Item 1

The contractor shall upon completion of the works remove all equipment, tools and
remaining materials and clean the site as may be approved by the Project Engineer
