Tomato Marinara
Creamy Alfredo
Created in the 15th century in Northern Italy, Alfredo has become one of the world’s most beloved
sauces. Made with butter, heavy cream, crushed garlic, and a lot of parmesan cheese, this classic
recipe was the foundation of our new and improved Creamy Alfredo Sauce.
Real cream and butter, freshly diced garlic and onions, and four types of cheese; Romano,
Parmesan, Cheddar, and Gruyere make up our signature Alfredo sauce.
Beefy Bolognese
:
Real Canadian beef seasoned to perfection with simple spices is added with our vine-ripe tomatoes.
While other places create Bolognese sauces using fillers or soy, our Chefs have worked to add
more real beef.
1. Our Pasta comes from the golden fields of the prairies which are ranked among the best in the
world.
2. The wheat from the prairies is mixed just with water to create a pasta that is focused on natural
ingredients.
3. The tomatoes for our sauces are grown specifically for Boston Pizza in the sunny fields
of California.
4. Our chefs fly to California each year during harvest to ensure only the very best get added to
our sauces.
5. Each year Boston Pizza goes through 2 million pounds of Marinara Sauce a year.
6. Our Alfredo sauce is created using real Canadian dairy for our Canadian Guests.
7. Four different types of cheese Romano, Parmesan, Gruyere and cheddar are used to create
the perfect Alfredo sauce.
8. While other places create Bolognese sauces using fillers or soy ours adds more real Canadian
beef to create a thick consistency.
10. Each of our pasta recipes is designed to bring out the unique and quality flavour of our
sauces.
