1-Private Recharge

The Private recharge solution will enable you to recharge your


lines at various points of sales without revealing your original
dial. Now you can recharge using the private
recharge code through all Orange e-distributors/aggregators:

1. Fawry
2. Bee
3. E-Masary
4. Sadad
5. Distel

How to receive private recharge code:


1. Dial #5050#
2. You will receive private recharge code* to use for recharge
3. Provide the point of sale the code to e-recharge instead of the mobile number
*The recharge code may be used multiple times and does not need to
be requested each time before top-up

2-Block
Control who reaches you and when. Block service enables you to
create Black and White lists as well as activate the "Do Not Disturb"
option
 With the Black List, you can block up to 20 numbers from reaching you
 With the White List, you can allow only up to 20 numbers to reach you
 With the Do Not Disturb option, you can block all calls from reaching you

Price:
EGP 5 per month (for the three services black list, white list and do not
disturb, all the numbers you would like to block or have in your white
list)
Or
EGP 0.30 per day (for the three services black list, white list and do not
disturb with all the numbers you would like to block or have in your
white list) The monthly subscription is valid for 30 days and is
renewed automatically. The daily subscription is valid for only one
day and it is renewed automatically.

3-SMS
Send messages to any mobile and you will be briefed on the status of
your message every time you use "Receipt Notification".

To check whether your message was received, pending or not


delivered, add the following command prior to the text you send:
*NM# Insert the SMS you want to send here

You can send SMS to any number worldwide for the normal price of the
international SMS.

Make sure that you specify the destination number in full as follows:
00 + country code + GSM code + mobile number.

To postpone the delivery of your message, example: for 5 hours, type


the following before the message text:
*DEF 5#

4-Data Multi SIM


Now, you can use one Internet package for all of your devices with the
Data Multi SIM service.

Service description:
 Customers with inclusive internet package or subscribed to Go-online packages are
entitled for 5 Data sim cards
 The main dial requesting the data multi-sim cards can normally do voice and data
from his dial.
 The additional 4 data multi-sim cards use the initiators data included in his inclusive
or subscribed data bucket.
 1 SIM is the initiator from which the customer can do voice and Internet
 Any of the additional 4 SIM cards can only be used for Internet
 Your inclusive Internet package or your online package can be accessed from those
5 SIMs

5- 4G USIM
The 4G network is available in many places all over Egypt and We
are working hard to make it available in more and more places
over time. You can check if it is compatible
with 4G or not, by calling #40# for free You will see the
4G or LTE icon displayed on your device when you are connected
to 4G network services. This will automatically happen when your
device and SIM card are 4G enabled while you are in an area
covered with 4G network.

6-Conference Call
Group more people to the same voice call and make your call more
interesting.
Whether you need to finish your business on the spot or just for fun, Orange
offers you the conference call service, where you can group up to 6 other
people to the same call at once!

How it works:

Start the call with the first person and just call the conference call members
one after the other.
You can enjoy adding up to 5 friends to the same call.

7-Vedio call
With Orange's Video Call service you can share special moments with your friends
and family
You can keep connected and share moments as well as situations with your beloved
ones, simply by having a handset that supports the video call service and has the
3G service configured on.

Price:

 The price for any local video call is EGP 0.75/minute

 The price of any international video call is EGP 7/minute

8-Anti-bill shock data roaming limit


With this service, you can control your Internet consumption while roaming.

 If you’re an Eagle or a PREMIER customer, you can keep Roaming with Auto
Roaming service, after completing any roaming package; Auto Roaming will
automatically add a 1GB monthly roaming bucket for EGP 350.
 In case you didn’t subscribe to any of our data roaming buckets, the data
usage while roaming can be temporarily blocked or you can choose to be
charged with the normal pay as you consume rates
 You can choose to auto renew your subscription to the daily roaming buckets
You can manage your usage through any of our channels:

 My Orange app (by connecting to the nearest Hotspot)
