Main Duties and I am able to perform following ultrasound examinations without direct

 Manage and Control Maintaining patient medical records and

 Train new comers for medical sonographers.
 Ultrasound guided aspiration and biopsy (under supervision).
 Prepare examination reports for physician to aid in the monitoring of
pregnancies and diagnosis of abdominal and Uro-genital other
disorders.
 Check ultrasound equipment to ensure proper operation and
perform minor repairs and adjustment as required.
 Provide assistance to the Female sonologist during interpretations
of results.
 Perform emergency/ on-call services ultrasound examination/ proc.
Most frequent cases represent:-
*liver pathologies (CLD,HCC).*Hepato-billiary tract diseases.*Uro-genital
and prostate disorders.*Ultrasound FWB related such as ectopic pregnancy,
*Fetal growth measurements, location of placenta,and presentation of the
fetus.*Gynecological ultrasound.*Small parts (Thyroid and Testis),*Carotid
Continuing Doppler and DVT assessment.*Hernias and to exclude Appendicitis.
Professional *Doppler Study for Portal Hypertension, IUGR.*Pleural and ascetic tap (Dx).
