Q8 = PNP 2SB688 BJT power transistor


Q7, Q10 = NPN 2SD718 BJT power transistor

# Mosfets

Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6 = IRFP260N Mosfet ( mounted on the bottom side with the
blank drain metal to the heatsink )

# Optocoupler

U1 = DIP8 Socket with 6n137 ( I recommend to not solder the optocoupler directly
to the PCB and use a DIP8 socket instead )

# LEDs ( optional )

D16 = Low current LED green


D15 = LED blue

# Ceramic disc capacitors

C1, C10, C23 = 100nf 50V ceramic capacitors


C9, C11, C14 = 100pF >100v ceramic capacitors

# Capacitors

C4 = 100uF >100V photo flash or low ESR capacitor


C19 = 220uf 100v capacitor
C2, c12 = 680uf 25v capacitor

# Bridges ( I clipped of two legs from a 5W resistor and bend them into a U shape.

# Diodes

D1, D3, D6, D7, D10, D12 = SB 140 DIO Schottkydiode, 40 V, 1 A, DO-15 ( fast
turn off diodes for Mosfets )

# Resistors

R8, R9, R14, R15, R19, R22 = 100kOhm 1W ( pulldown resistor for the mosfet gate )
R6, R7, R12, R13, R18, R21 = R4.7 2W ( Mosfet gate resistors. Value could change
to 6.8Ohm later if it works better. )

R3 = R560 5W axial
R4 = R560 2W

R1 = R220 1W
R29 = R200 1W
R2 = 4.7kOhm 2W
R33 = 4.7kOhm 2W
R28 = R560 1W
R5 = 1kOhm 1W

# Trim Pot

RV1 = 10kOhm 3296 Trim Pot
