    i. I hereby declare that I have gone through all the above instructions carefully and have
    followed due procedure while filling online examination form. If any of my information is
    found to be false in future, I will have no right to claim for appearing in examination,
    declaration of results and refund of examination fee. I shall abide by the rules and
    regulations of the University. I assure that I will not indulge myself in any Unfair
    activities relating to the Term-end Examination of the University. In case found to be
    indulged in any unfair means activities at any stage, action under Statute 20(2) of the
    IGNOU Act may be taken.
    ii. The Examination Centre/s at Delhi NCR is purely on temporary basis and it can be
    changed after finalisation of Examination Centre by the concerned Regional Centres. The
    Examination Centre will be allotted accordingly. No request for change of Examination
    Centre will be entertained after the final allotment
    OR
    iii. The student of other than NCR, the change of Examination Centre is not allowed;
    iv. I have gone through the above conditions and filled the Examination Form as per my
    Admission Eligibility of Course/Programme.

    That I have read detailed guidelines and instructions for submission of Online Examination form only for
    ODL & Online Programmes (Pen & Paper & CBT Mode) students for Term End Examination, Projects
    submission & Practical Examinations for December, 2024 TEE from Page Nos. 1 to 5 of the
    guidelines/instructions mentioned in the Examination Form (Click here to view/download guidelines
    (ExamGuidelinesDec2024.pdf)) and they have been duly accepted by me for appearing in December, 2024
    TEE.

    Instructions for DEC-2024 Term End Examination:


    1. Examinee must be in possession of valid IGNOU Identity Card during the examination and should
    not carry Mobile Phone inside the Examination Hall at the time of Examination.
    2. Calculators are allowed for use in the examination unless not permitted or mentioned on the
    question paper.
    3. Session Timings are as under:
    Morning Session (10:00 am to 1:00 pm)
    Evening Session (2:00 pm to 5:00 pm)

    However, the exact duration of the exam of a particular paper will be as indicated on the question
    paper.
    4. BCA / MCA / BLIS / PGDAST / MSCMACS / PGDLAN / ACIS / PGDIS / DBPOFA and CCITSK
    programme students for their practicals please contact your Regional Centre concern.
    5. The examination centre allotted in the Hall Ticket issued by the SED is only for THEORY papers for
    DEC-2024 Term-End Exam.
    6. Date Sheet for PRACTICAL exams will be uploaded on respective Regional Centres website at
    appropriate time.
    7. NOTE:-Answers to the question paper will only be accepted in the language(s) in which the
    programme is offered. Answer script attempted in any other language will not be
    evaluated and cancelled without any information. Student(s) will be required to re-appear in
    the examination of the course(s). However, students have an option to attempt the examination of
    the courses in Hindi medium irrespective of registration of the same in English medium (except for
    languages).
