Ans – A computer is an electronic device which


is used to make our work faster and easier.

Ans – Computer works with the process of
Input ------> Process ------> Output
3. What is memory?
Ans - Memory is a device which is used to store
the data in the form of audio, video and in many
more format.
4. What is MS Word?
Ans – MS Word is a word processing software.
Which helps in any work related to word or text.
5. What is Excel?
Ans – Excel is a workbook which is used to store
the data in the form of table.
6. What is PowerPoint?
Ans – PowerPoint is a powerful software which
is used to create professional presentations.
7. How excel are used?
Ans – Excel are used to store the data and
perform calculations with the help of different-
different formulas.
8. What are the types of memory?
Ans – Memory is of two types:
1 – Primary memory 2 – Secondary Memory
Primary is also known as internal memory and
also further divided into two types –
1. RAM (Random access memory)
2. ROM (Read only memory)
Secondary memory is also known as External
memory. Ex – CD, Pen drive, SD card etc.

Excel and PowerPoint.
Ans – Word – Word only works with text and
pictures.
Excel – Excel work with spreadsheet to store
data and perform calculations with the help of
formulas.
PowerPoint – Its page is in the form of slides. It
provides animation for the texts.

Ans - HTML is a programming language which is
used to create websites. With the help of <tags>.
