Subject: Request for Adjustment of Fees Paid in Academic Year 2023-24

I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to request the
adjustment of the fees I paid during the academic year 2023-24 to the current
academic year 2024-25. During the 2023-24 academic year, I had taken
provisional admission and paid an amount of Rs. 40,000 as fees. Unfortunately,
I was given a drop that year.

Now that I have cleared my drop, I am resuming my studies in the academic


year 2024-25. I kindly request that the fees paid previously be adjusted to my
current academic year, as this would greatly assist me in managing my
financial obligations.

I would be grateful if you could consider my request favorably. I am ready to


provide any necessary documents or information required to facilitate this
adjustment.
