LEGAL NOTICE
Dear Sir / Madam,
Under instructions and on behalf of my client State Bank of India constituted under State Bank
of India Act, 1955, having its Corporate Centre at State Bank Bhawan, Madame Cama Marg, Nariman
Point, Mumbai and one of its local head office at 11, Parliament Street, New Delhi and also having so
many branches in all over India including one i.e. State Bank of India, S.M.E.C. (Central) B-Block, Ground
Floor, LHO Complex Parliament Street, Delhi-110001, I hereby serve upon you this demand notice,
contents whereof you may please note:
1. That you the addressee had approached to my client’s branch for financial assistance and applied
for the same by submitting the loan application along with supporting documents under the EB-
MSME-CC-SMART SCORE to meet your financial needs.
2. That after clarity and scrutiny of all documents and looking to your proposal and economic viability,
my above said client had sanctioned the said financial facility to you.
3. That in consideration of above loan facility as required, you the above mentioned addressee
voluntarily executed documents of loan along with loan agreement in favor of my above named client
for repayment of loan amount. You, the addressee further agreed to pay interest on the loan amount
as per agreement subject to rise and fall under banking guidelines time to time. You, the addressee,
further agreed and undertook to pay or deposit the same regularly in monthly installments as per
terms of agreement, and after completing formalities and signing the documents, my above named
client had disbursed the loan amounting INR.17,86,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Eighty Six Only)
after opening a loan account number-40092400139.
4. That after disbursement of the said loan amount, you the above mentioned addressee duly availed
and enjoy the said loan amount/facility, but miserably failed to honor your commitments,

undertakings and assurance to keep the account in continuity by paying monthly loan installments
and have committed regular defaults since beginning even after so many requests and reminders by
our client, you had failed to improve your account’s position and consequently, my client had
declared your Loan account as NPA on 31.05.2024 as per the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India.
That as on 07.06.2024 a sum of INR.20,81,106/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Eighty One Thousand
One Hundred and Six Only) which is due / unpaid outstanding amount on your part in respect to
above said loan facility availed by you.
5. That as per the records maintained by my client you have grossly defaulted in payment of your
contractual commitments under the loan agreement. In this regard earlier also my client had sent
you various written and oral communications calling upon you to honor your contractual
commitments, however, despite receipt of the aforesaid written and oral communications, you have
failed to clear the irregular amount till date. In view of the aforesaid persistent and continuous
defaults committed by you, my client exercises its rights under the loan agreement and hereby
terminates the said agreement and recalls the loan facility provided to you.
6. That on failure of you the addressee to effectively discharge your financial obligations, vide this
notice, I, therefore, on behalf of my client, call upon you to pay the outstanding balance amount,
which comes to INR.20,81,106/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Eighty One Thousand One Hundred and
Six Only) which you the addressee is liable to pay to my client within 07 days of the receipt of this
notice, failing which my client shall constrained to adopt the legal recourse for the recovery of
outstanding amount i.e. INR.20,81,106/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh Eighty One Thousand One
Hundred and Six Only) + Future Interest + Legal Charges + Other Charges which is due against
you, entirely at your risk as to all cost and consequences thereof, which you may please note.
Further my client shall also have liberty to pay appropriate civil and criminal actions against you the
addressee.
You are further called upon to pay INR 2100/- as the cost of this legal notice.
A copy of this notice is retained in our office for all future references.
