End Term Project (Total Marks: 15 %)

Submission Deadline: 12th December 2023


Instructions

This is a group project comprising of 4 students in each group. You have already selected the
project titles. For the projects you selected, you have to prepare a detailed report covering all
phases of software development life cycle for a small/medium sized software. The final
submitted report should include following sections:

1. Title Page
2. Table of Contents
3. Introduction
4. Problem Statement and Project objectives
5. Software Requirements
6. Software Design
7. Software Implementation
8. Software Testing
9. Conclusion
10. References

The soft copies of the project report should be uploaded on Google classroom in relevant section
i.e. Project. The deadline for the submission is 12th December 2023. Some useful links to visit

Text Font/Size Times New Roman, 12 point
Headings All headings should be in font size 12, Times New Roman, BOLD
Title Project title should be concise and self-descriptive
Bold, Times New Roman, 16 Point size
Introduction Introduce the topic, provide back ground of related applications and
main components of the application.
Problem Statement The problem statement must be formulated. It must be a brief yet
and Project objectives concise statement depicting the problem this software is addressing.
Project objectives must be a separate heading defining the major
objectives of developing this software.

 Software For each of these sections, give the details according to your chosen
Requirements project. Software requirements can be extracted from the Software
 requirement specification document. Similarly Software design
Software Design
details can be taken from already developed Software design
 Software
document.
Implementation
Software implementation chapter include the implementation details
 Software like platform details, coding, user interface, screenshots of major
Testing components etc.
Software testing includes the level of testing that can be performed
on your selected project. You should decide which types of testing
can be performed on your software. Few (if not all) test cases must
also be listed in this section. Testing results should be included as
well. Screen shots of testing should be added.
Conclusion This section should provide conclusion of the project report. The
limitations of this software implementation and the future work that
can be added to enhance the functionality.
References Use IEEE format for references.
References should be alphabetically arranged.
