2. User Funds Custody Security Assurance


At HabitTrade, we prioritize the security of client funds under custody. Our strict internal

controls and regulatory oversight ensure that client funds are safeguarded at all times. We

cannot mobilize client funds without the client's instructions. The fund custody arrangements

are as follows:

 Cryptocurrency assets stored in our institutional account at Coinbase, guaranteed by

Coinbase's security system and supervised by the U.S. Securities and Exchange

Commission (SEC).
 Client securities products deposited in Riche Bright Securities Limited, a licensed

institution in Hong Kong, and supervised by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures

Commission (SFC).

 Customer funds are deposited in the institutional account bank of Habit Financial Services

Pty Ltd, an Australian licensed institution, and supervised by the Australian Securities &

Investments Commission (ASIC).

 Customer fund conversions are managed by HABIT INC under the supervision of the

Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Department of the Treasury (FinCEN).
