Introduction Operations management revolves around the design and delivery of services and goods by
organizations. You will use Operations Managers to coordinate its development and implementation to
support you with everything you wear, eat, sit on, use, read or touch in the sports sector. Every library

college - it's all out of operations. Operations management can be defined as those organized processes
through which all industrial processes in the organization are organized and planned that lead to the
production of goods that the organization seeks to provide to the consumer, and this includes all design,
implementation, production and control processes on all sectors and sections related to the production
process, and enters In defining operations management, all efforts made by the workforce and
management cadres in distributing energies and human and material resources in a flexible manner in
order for the organization to achieve its goals, so that the goods and services that are produced by the
organization are compatible with the requirements, standards and required quality. Operations
management is a field of management concerned with designing and controlling the production process
and redesigning business processes in the production of goods or services. Involves the responsibility to
ensure that the company's operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and
efficient in terms of meeting customer requirements. Operations management is primarily concerned
with planning, organizing and supervising in the contexts of production, manufacturing or service
provision. Operations management is concerned with managing an entire production system and the
process that transforms inputs (in the form of raw materials, labor, and energy) into outputs (in the form
of goods and/or services), or provides a product or services. Operations produce products, control
quality, and create service. Operations management includes sectors such as banking systems, hospitals,
companies, working with suppliers and customers, and using technology. Operations is one of the main
functions in an organization along with supply chains, marketing, finance and human resources.
Operations mission requires management of both the strategic and day-to-day production of goods and
services In manufacturing or service operations management, several types of decisions are made
including operations strategy, product design, process design, quality and capacity management, facility
planning, production planning, and inventory control. Each requires the ability to analyze the current
situation and find better solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of manufacturing or
service operations. The importance of operations management is highlighted in finding a state of
balance and interdependence between the various productive elements that are available in the
organization so that all efforts and resources are unified in order to convert them into highly efficient
goods and services that contribute to increasing the organization’s profit and outperforming its
competitors in the market, and the organization’s management is responsible for balancing The costs
incurred by the organization at all stages of the production process with the revenues generated from
sales operations in order to achieve the largest possible operating profit. First, this report will cover the
