require a black ink pen / black gel pen to fill
information.

2. In case of Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) PAN


card of HUF, PAN card of signing authority (Karta),
address proof, stamp of HUF are also required.

3. In case of corporate customer or a company, the


certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation,
Memorandum and Articles of Association, PAN Card
of Company, certified true copy of Power of Attorney
or certified true copy of Board Resolution authorizing a
person to sign all the documents related to possession
and registration of sale deed along with the stamp of the
company.

4. In case of partnership firm, the certified true copy


of Partnership Deed duly signed by all the partners,
authorization letter duly signed by all the partners
authorizing any one or more of the partners to sign all
the documents related to possession and registration of
sale deed along with seal of the partnership firm.

5. In case of transferred unit, you shall be required to


carry copy of nomination letter issued in favor of the
buyer.

6. In case of no-show by you on the above mentioned


schedule for your registry, it may be rescheduled with a
wait time of 20 days.

7. If COP value exceeds 50 lac then 1% TDS would


be applicable.

8. Please note it will take 4-5 hours minimum to


complete registry process, kindly plan your schedule
accordingly.
9. Please carry cash of Rs.1000/- for Red Cross
Society Registration Charges during registry.

10. Please confirm your presence before or by
