Input: In this project, the input typically involves collecting data on various parameters like
speed, acceleration, deacceleration, energy consumption & more during real world
scenario. This data is tested to evaluate the performance& efficiency of the electric vehicle
The Input data helps in understanding how the vehicle operator in different situations, aids
in optimizing its performance & energy wage
Output: The output of testing electric vehicles in different driving cycles project typically
includes detailed analysis & reports such on the vehicle's performance metrics such as
energy efficiency, range, battery, usage emissions & overall operational under different
driving conditions
Requirements:
1. Data acquisition system: This system helps in collecting real-time data on parameters
like speed, acceleration energy consumption etc..... during the driving cycles
3. Electric vehicles: The vehicle that is being tested should be equipped with the
necessary sensors instrumentation to capture the required data
4. Analysis tools: software tools for processing analyzing the data collected during the
texting phase to derive meaningful Insights
5. Skilled personnel: Experts who can design the test, operate the Equipment & analyze
the results affectively.
In the project of testing electric vehicles in driving cycle, we design & conduct experiments
to evaluate how electric vehicles perform in various driving conditions. We collect data on
factors like Speed, energy consumption, as more to analysis the vehicle efficiency & overall
performance.
In this project we test under different driving conditions like when the speed is at
Mode-1 by applying the load current 2Amp, 4Amp, 6Amp and also test at Mode-2 and
similarly at Mode-3. This project helps in optimizing the design of energy management
system of electric vehicles for better functionality & sustainability.

Conclusion:
In this project we conclude that under the different driving cycles like when the
speed is at Mode-1,Mode-2,Mode-3 we applied load current 2Amp, 4Amp,
6Amp for each mode. By testing the above conditions we got the efficiency of
the Speed-1, load 2Amp,4Amp,6Amp is 46%, 53%,53% ;at Speed-2, load
2Amp,4Amp,6Amp the efficiency is 48%,48%,52% and similarly at Speed-3,
load 2Amp,4Amp,6Amp the efficiency is 54%,64%,53%
In this project we observed that when the driving mode is increasing ,the
efficiency of the vehicle is increasing. Also when the load current is
increasing the speed is also increasing.
