2) Control System
Auto boring and welding control box Remote Control

The boring bar feed approaching have manual gear box control feed and automatic feed
by motor speed regulation.
The bar rotary speed is 50-300/rpm, which can be switch in positive and negative rotary
direction, and remote control.
Automatic inner hole repair welding system, can be remote control welding gun feed
approaching position, set hole machine diameter. Adjust welding gun head to control
fan-sector welding area.
Automatic inner hole repair welding can set skip welding, fan-sector welding, full
circle welding, slot welding, etc.
3) Boring Bar

A : Bar Diameter Φ50 ; Boring Diameter：Φ55mm-160mm

Bar dimension：Φ50mm*1600mm

Two Bar Φ50mm*300mm and 50mm*450mm ,this set ( two bars) can connect together or separate to
boring as site condition

B: Bar Diameter Φ35 ; Boring Diameter：Φ40mm-80mm

C:Large Diameter Hole Boring by frame holder ; Boring Diameter：Φ130mm-300mm

The tool holder is designed to be modular ,easy assembly and disassembly ,it can work in more
large machining position and dimension by one set line boring welding machine.

boring bar is made of 40Cr/42CrMo material, against heat treatment, surface chrome coating,
etc. Make it have strong strength.
4) Welding Bar

Our machine have line boring and welding both function combine in one machine.

You only need replace the welding bar by welding bar (as follow)

• welding diameter：Φ40mm-300mm.
• welding stoke ： 3mm-1000mm
• welding wire specification：0.8mm/1.0mm /1.2mm

• welding bar length：200mm /2 4 0 mm /3 0 0 mm /8 0 0 mm ( The welding bar use

a segmented design , it can assemble in different lengths and adjust the welding head
