1. Open a form in Google Forms.


2. At the bottom right, click More. Go to section
based on answer. If you want the survey to end
based on an answer, you can also choose Submit
form.
3. Choose specific sections to send people to.
Tip: "Go to section based on answer" is only
available for Multiple choice and Dropdown question
types.

3. Optional: Under "Color," you can choose a theme
color and background color for your form.
4. To add a custom color, click Add custom color .
5. To add your own photo as a theme, under
"Header," click Choose image.

1. On your computer, open a form in Google Forms.
2. Click the item you want to edit.
3. Select the text you want to change.
4. Format the text.
To bold: Click Bold .
To italicize: Click Italic .
To underline: Click Underline .
Add a numbered or bulleted list
1. On your computer, open a form in Google Forms.
2. Click the description where you want to add a list.
3. Choose a list:
To add a numbered list: Click Numbered list .
To add a bulleted list: Click Bulleted list .
4. If you can't find the option, click More Description.
Add a Link
1. On your computer, open a form in Google Forms.
2. Click the item you want to edit.
3. Click where you want the link or select the text you want
to link.
4. Click Insert link .
5. Under "Link to," enter a URL or email address or search
for a website.
6. Click OK.
Change or remove links
1. On your computer, open a form in Google Forms.
2. Click the link you want to update.
3. To change: Click Edit link .
4. To remove: Click Remove link .
Remove formatting on text
1. On your computer, open a form in Google Forms.
2. Click the item you want to edit.
3. Select the text you want to change.
4. Click Remove formatting .
