Congratulations on your embroidery solution purchase!

After installation and activation, please take time to review the manual (under "Help" in the software) to
familiarize yourself with the functionality of the software.
This guide provides important information for successful installation of your new software.

Download & Install


1. Navigate to the software downloads page at https://
downloads.melcocloud.com.
2. Select your product.
3. Download the software from the download link.
4. Locate the setup file
(softwarename-versionnumber.exe)
in the downloads folder of your computer, and dou-
ble-click to begin the installation.
5. Click "next" as prompted by the installation process to complete the install.

Software Activation (Melco Cloud Login)


1. Upon initial launch of the software, a window will require signing into your Melco Cloud account.
2. With the computer connected to the internet, enter your e-mail or Melco Cloud account username.
• If no Melco Cloud account has been created, clicking on [ Create Melco Cloud Account ] will
launch a browser and allow for the creation of an account.
3. Enter your Melco Cloud account password
4. Click on [ Log into your Melco Cloud ]
5. You will then have the option to start DesignShop
6. If a license has been assigned to the user, the software will launch in the level associated with the
license.
7. If no license has been assigned, the software will launch in Sizer.
Additional information on added licenses to Melco Cloud accounts can be found in the help
documentation.
