How to assign Alarm Limit
How to change Tag Name
SUMMARY
In ACONIS-2000, you are able to modify Tag Name in the database by using
"dataconfig" program.
You can do this job on No.1 ACONIS server computer in the engine control room.
Method
1. Log In as supervisor on server No.1.
User ID : aconis2000
Password : aconis2000
or baewoori
Fill in the User ID and Password,
and then click the “OK’ button
2. Click the ACONIS logo at the left upper side on mimic of server no.1, then “SYSTEM
CONFIGURATION” window pops up and click the “I/O CONFIG” button

3. “ACONIS-2000 Database Configurator” will be displayed, and then click the below
Buttons.
Click this button and enter the Tag number Click “OK” button to open the Tag
you want to change the Tag Name. It must be number as next step.

4. Change the Tag Name, and then click the save button to apply to the data base.

Change Tag Name from “NO.1 G/E
LO COOLER OUTLET TEMP” to
“NO.1 G/E LO FILTER INLET
TEMP”

5. After click the save button, the below message pops up to confirm for the saving,
And then click “Yes” button to update.
Click “Yes” to update the Tag name.
6. After changing the Tag Name GA020, move next G/E as GB020, GC020, GD020 and
GE020 by next button, and change the tag names as the same procedure from step 3 to
step 5.
7. After all changed the tag names, close the Configurator by click “x” button.
And you need to database download to apply all server computers with HiCM-860.
Follow each step at No.1 ACONIS server computer in ECR Console.
8. Click the ACONIS logo at the left upper side on mimic of server no.1, then “SYSTEM
CONFIGURATION” window pops up and click the “DB TUNER” button

8. After step 7, DB Tuner window pops up like below image, and then check “All
servers”, “All Resources” and “Expert Function”

9. Click the Initial-Download button on the DB Tuner window
Click the “Initial-Download” button
Select “YES” button when
this window pops up.
The DB of server no.1 will be copied to all servers and the
aconis2000 program will restart automatically in the all servers.
10. The “download is completed” message will be displayed when the job finished.
Click the OK button and close DB Tuner window
Click “EXIT” icon to terminate

this window pops up.

11. After downloading database, All ACONIS-2000 system will be restart automatically
as below
The mimic will be flickered for 2 or 3 times.
All activated alarms will be occurred again in the Alarm page.
All INTERLOCK ON channels will be returned to INTERLOCK OFF status in the
Inhibit page
All MANUAL OFF channels will be returned to MANUAL ON status in the Mode
page
Note : After finishing this job, If you have some problem on Server PC as below.
Restart Server PC.
“Logging database connection error” message is happened.
System alarm is happened such as “ACONIS# NO REPLY”.
The all displayed data on CRT is frozen.
The all displayed data on CRT doesn’t correspond to real value.
CRT doesn’t recognize SUPPRESS signal.
“Alarm database connection error” message is happened.
