YOUR Profitable
Niche COURSE

A 3-part Online Training in Finding

your Blog’s Purpose, Niche and Tribe

Let’s get your blogging success journey with these foundational steps -- all of them vital in kick-
starting your blog the authentic and purpose-driven way. Come, the world is waiting for you.

WORKBOOK TWO
Hey, love!
So, how does it feel clearing up your blogging pur-
pose and making sure it’s aligned to who you want to be
and the life you want to live? Feels good, right? That’s the
exact same feeling I had when it finally sank in to me that I
was chasing and focusing on the wrong things when I was
starting to build my blog. I literally kept comparing myself
to every blogger I know which caused me to have a burn-
out. This pushed me to go out of social media for a month
and not post anything on my blog for 3 straight months
just because I didn’t have a slightest bit of motivation.

Finding my blog’s purpose (and my OWN!) lit the

tunnel for me. Finally, I wasn’t overwhelmed anymore. I
know what to do already. I hope the same thing happens
to you.

Now, in this module, I’m going to teach you the

exact diagram I used to find my niche. It’s simple. It’s easy
to answer. It’s effective. I wish I had access to this when
I was starting out because, then, it would’ve saved me so
much time and resources. Remember though: your niche is
ever-evolving. Don’t pressure yourself too much on trying
to find that one PERFECT niche -- it doesn’t have to be for
it to be profitable, authentic, and impactful.

We’re also going to clarify your target market, your

TRIBE. After all, without them, how is your blog going to
succeed and make an impact? I’ve given you the strategies
on the recorded video, but then again, the action is yours
to take. So please, take your time here. Be willing to go out
there and actually find the people you’re meant to serve.

Trust and enjoy the process, my love. You’re al-

ready getting ahead. Look up and be proud of yourself.

Yours Truly,

Myrra
Questions:
Answer the following questions to guide you in the process:

PART I - Finding your Niche

1. Write down your WHY here again.

What do What can

you love you do?
to do?

NICHE

Why do
What do you do
people what you
need? do?

Remember this diagram when brainstorming and choosing your niche. It en-
compasses the 4 Ps -- passion, proficiency, profitability, purpose -- that we
talked about in the module video to ensure that your niche is not only profit-
able but also something that you really love and care about. By doing so, you’ll
know it’s aligned with your WHY, with your authentic self, and your point B --
the life you want to live.
2. Braindump everything you love doing here. What are the things that when
you do them, you feel your heart jump in joy and beat so fast? What are the
things you do that make you smile? What are the things that feel good for you
to do? What are your passions? (Rate them 1-n according to your priority)
3. Braindump all your skills and talents here -- all the things you can do or learned
to do. Perhaps you have a degree? What are the things you learned in school,
workplace, household, training, or even life? What do your closest friends or
relatives say you’re good or knowledgeable at? What experiences have you had
before that you’re willing to share to others? (Rate them 1-n according to your
priority)
4. Braindump some of your initial thoughts on what your audience needs and
are willing to buy. What are the current needs, wants, and demands on your field
based on the struggles of your target market? (Go back to this part after
answering the second part of this workbook.) (Rate them 1-n according to your
priority)
5. Pick the top 3 priorities on each P.
a. Top 3 passions you’re willing to talk about over and over again
b. Top 3 things you can do or have learned to do that you most want to
share with other people
c. Top 3 ideas you think your audience needs and wants to buy (will
depend on the second part of this module)

PART II - Identifying your Ideal Audience
Who is your ideal audience?

Age range: Occupation:

Gender: Relationship Status:

Location: Income Level:

Nationality:

What are their interests? What are their passions? What are their hobbies? Likes
and dislikes?

What is their ideal day?

What are their values? What are their character traits?

What are their daily routines?

What are the usual books/blogs/podcasts/videos they consume?

What are they searching for online? (Note: It’s better to list down their answers
word-by-word so you know exactly what language they’re using)

What platforms are they usually on? (E.g. if they are teenagers, they may be on
Instagram. If they are professionals, they may be using Linkedin.)

THEIR IDEAL LIFE

What are their dreams? What do they want most in life?

What makes them happy?

What are their long-term/short-term goals?

What is/are holding them back from achieving their goals?

What are their fears and limiting beliefs?

What are they struggling with on the topics you are blogging about?

How can your blog help them overcome their struggles/challenges?

COMPETITION ANALYSIS

Remember: The perspective of #communityovercompetition is still key. But the

better you understand your niche, the better you can serve your audience.

Who are the people or what brands are already known or are in the same indus-
try as you? List down at least 3 people who you think are doing the same thing as
you. (Note: You can also choose to collaborate with them as you go through your
blogging success journey.)

How are they standing out?

What are the comments/questions that they usually receive? (Take note of these
as these can also be included in your blog topics as well)
What can you offer that they don’t currently have? What can do differently in
order for you to stand out? (For example, are they always replying to the com-
ments/engagements of their audience? If not, can you maybe give more impor-
tance to engaging with your community?)

NICHE AND TRIBE COMBINED

Go back to your answer in the fourth column of your 4Ps table. Which of these
ideas are you going to push through after clarifying your target audience?

Now, finalize your purpose statement here (according to your niche):

I help/teach
with/to so they
can

Based on your research, what are the common struggles or questions your ideal
audience has on the topics you are blogging about? How can you turn them into
blog posts? Use this template in this workbook to guide you. The first row is filled
up as an example for you. (It is also better if you can create an Excel or Google
sheets file that you can fill up anytime.)
