RISHIKESH CAMPING TOUR


STUDENT’S GROUP (9th to 12th std)

Dear Parents,
School is organising an outstation excursion to Rishikesh for 9th to 12th std from 22nd May to 24th May
2024.The purpose of organising the camp is to help the child become confident, independent and learn
important life skills. We have ensured that the team of students remain under the care of experienced operators.

Day 1- (22nd May 2024)


Students will report to school by 4.30 am in the morning and will depart from school at 5.00 a.m. by 2x2 AC
deluxe bus (with push back seats). Buffet breakfast will be provided enroute. Reach Rishikesh and transfer to
camps by jeeps from Rishikesh to camp.On reaching Rishikesh, transfer to the camp site will be by jeeps.
Students will check in at the camp site, relax and get settled. Buffet lunch will be provided. Students will enjoy
river and camp site activities (team building) followed by fun activities with music and dance in the evening.
Evening snacks and buffet dinner will be provided. Students retire to their respective rooms for the night.

Day 2 - (23rd May 2024)

Students will enjoy leisure time after buffet breakfast. Visit to Patna Waterfall by trekking 2km followed by
buffet lunch in Rishikesh. Visit to Ram Jhula (Ram Jhula is an iron suspension bridge across the river Ganges)
located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) north-east from the town Rishikesh. Students will witness the evening Ganga
Aarti at Rishikesh. Back to the camp site to enjoy an evening of music and dance followed by buffet dinner.
Students retire to their respective rooms for the night.

Day 3 – (24th May 2024)


Early morning trekking 1.5 km to see a natural water fall. Check out from the camp site after buffet breakfast.
Buffet lunch will be provided enroute. Evening snacks small Mc aloo tikki Burger/ Burger king + Pepsi.
Students will reach school by approx. 8.30 pm and terminate the tour with happy memories.

TOUR PRICE: Rs.7900/- per student (Non AC Camp) includes 2 night stay in Rishikesh, 2x2 AC deluxe bus
with push back seats, DELHI – RISHIKESH- DELHI, jeeps/bus from Rishikesh to camps and vice versa,
Delicious Meals (3 Breakfast, 3 lunch, evening snacks and 2 Dinner), students lodging on five sharing basis in a
camp, one time insurance of 50,000/- for students, packaged Mineral water enroute (No Rafting)

Please fill in the consent form and send to school latest by 10th May 2024.
Payment mode – NEFT/RTGS in below bank – Rs. 7900/- per student
Note – Parents are requested to send and submit the hardcopy of payment screenshot to student’s respective
class teachers to track the submission records mentioning students name, class and section.

CONSENT SLIP/DECLARATION BY THE PARENTS

In case of any mishap/Injury, I will not hold the school/organization responsible for the same.
I will pick up my ward from the school/ I will arrange for my ward’s pick up with an appropriate authority letter and prior
information.
