Instructions for Use

1. Safety Briefing: During the safety briefing, read through each item with the team.

3. Entry: Only those who have checked all items should be allowed to enter the factory.

Excel Implementation

You can create this checklist in Excel by following these steps:

1. Open Excel: Create a new workbook.


2. Header Row: In the first row, create the headers "Safety Protocol" and "Acknowledgement
(✔)".
3. List Protocols: In the "Safety Protocol" column, list each safety item.
4. Checkboxes: In the "Acknowledgement (✔)" column, insert checkboxes.

Inserting Checkboxes in Excel

1. Developer Tab: If the Developer tab is not visible, enable it by going to File > Options >
Customize Ribbon and checking the Developer box.
2. Insert Checkbox: On the Developer tab, click Insert and then Checkbox (Form Control).
3. Position Checkbox: Click the cell where you want the checkbox to appear.
4. Repeat: Repeat for each safety protocol.
