    Sub: Productive linked bonus for Officers of DPSUs– reg.

    R/Sir,
    The Central Executive Committee of this Association directed the undersigned for bringing
    followings for your kind intervention and necessary direction for payment of Incentives to all the Officers of
    DPSUs at the earliest please.
    Sir, Reference cited above, last year MIL and YIL Board has approved for payment of Rs 5000/-
    as an award for production contribution incentives to every executives (Group A and B Gazetted officers on
    deemed deputation) which was stopped this year (2024-25) due to some complaint received by MoD.
    It is brought to your kind notice that, after 01.10.2021, there is no appointment of any cadre
    in the any of the newly formed DPSU. But the target of all DPSUs has Two to three fold and also are delivering
    the same. There is huge export target for MIL and YIL Group of Factories. With less manpower, all the DPSUs
    are trying to achieve the higher target by means of modernisation and out sourcing where the contribution of
    all executives are maximum which showing the result in achieving the target. It is pertinent to mentioned here
    that, whenever a Government employee deputed to any DPSU or PSU, he is eligible for getting production
    linked bonus as per the calculation of PSU which need to be considered in the newly formed seven DPSU after
    Ordnace Factory Board.
    In view of above, Honorable Secretary(DP) is kindly requested for his kind intervention and
    necessary direction to Newly Formed DPSUs (erstwhile ordnance Factories) to pay an award for production
    contribution Incentives to its Gazetted Officers as per their production achievement for the year 2024-25 at
    the earliest please.
