V. COURSE POLICIES

ENDANCEATTEND
1. Class attendance shall be strictly monitored by the professors/instructor. The teacher should check the attendance as soon as the
students appear on the screen.

2. A grace period of not more than 10 minutes prior to the start of the class.

3. On the duration of the class, students are required to turn-on their camera facing them. Students are required to put on “mute” mode
their device until such time that they are being required by the teachers to talk.

4. Students are directed to refrain from using the “raising hand” icon if the purpose is merely to delay the conduct of classes.

5. Attend classes regularly and punctually.

6. Follow instructions/directives given by the teachers.

7. Students shall not engage in any form of bullying in the conduct of online classes. Such acts shall result in disciplinary action.

8. Students are strictly prohibited from engaging into any form of cheating; otherwise, appropriate sanction shall be applied based on
the Student handbook.

9. A student is constantly reminded to be respectful to his teachers and shall at all times have a sense of discipline.

10. Posting the recorded classes or sessions or making them available on public platforms(e.g., social media, school website, etc.) must
