Digitizing processes is a trend nowadays.

Similarly, to digitize the collaboration of


people in a project in a systematic manner, we need to get to know tools like Git
and GitHub. To meet that requirement, Code for Change organized a 5-hour online
workshop on the topic 'Git and GitHub.'"

Mr.Mahesh Basnet { Manish Basnet | LinkedIn]who is theKoshi Province project lead for
code for change and founder of Digitalpasala .Mr.Basnet is an pusring Bachrole
Degree in Bachleors In Computer Application( BCA ),and a final year
student.Mr.Basnet had engaed in the many field of tenology as a
developer,mentor,leader and many more.

The workshop officially stared sharp at 6 Pm.Mr basnet satred the seesion with the
introduction og the himself and brief delivered the vison of Code For Change
Organization and the workshop deginees.Produe to say that there are inspring
developers to get the knoeolger ,it as There were almost 100 particpitinted which
full the whole capacity google meet.The workshop aimed to used github from 0
level to the medium level from pushing the file to github to collbaration in the
github.

2.Overview of History(6:45 PM) Speaker told the history of the git and github ,how it
envolved and why it is widely used.
2.Command Overview(6:50 PM)Speaker touched the different way to push the file
form local computer to the github.Methods e.g; commad,copy poste link provide by
the github.

3.Pratically Deploy(7:00 PM):Speaker showed how we deplo the file ,ehich help us
to understand easily.
3.Featured of The Github(8 :00 PM)Speaker demonstrate us the different features of
the github which make the development easiere in the group.Speaker teach us the
git ignore,banches in github,pull in github.

4.Error Reducing( 8:30 PM)Speaker sperated the time to address the issue of the
participant and solved the problem via sharing though perosnaly.

5.Contibution In Github:((9:15PM)Speaker tuches how to contribute in github with
the pratical example and how the contribution help us the inspring developer to
development their name as brand in the technology market.
6.Static Website Hositng in Github(10 PM):Speaker also touches the how can we
free host the static website in guthub.
7.Clsoing(10:30 PM):With the speaker feedback and guideness to use the
github ,the session ended.

Alsmost the workshop was orgranized for 5 hrs and the motive of the workshop was
successfully achieved .All the participate also shared their review and workshop end
with a grand success.

Workshop Highlights:

The workshop officially started sharply at 6 PM. Mr. Basnet began the session with an introduction of
himself and a brief outline of the vision of Code for Change and the workshop agenda. Proudly, there
were nearly 100 aspiring developers in attendance, filling the entire capacity of the Google Meet
session. The workshop aimed to teach GitHub from a beginner level to an intermediate level, covering
everything from pushing files to GitHub to collaborating on the platform and to host the static website
from github.
