Nn. = =3OY +8. 2024 DIVISION ORIENTATION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MANUAL OF INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISION (MIS) TO MASTER TEACHERS, SCHOOL HEADS, ASSISTANT SCHOOL HEADS, EPS II - ALS, PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT AND EDUCATION PROGRAM SUPERVISORS: To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chief Education Supervisor- CID and SGOD. Education Program Supervisors Public Schools District Supervisors Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned 1 ‘The Department of Education ~ Schools Division of Toledo City through the Curriculum Implementation Division will conduct Division Orientation on the Implementation of the Manual of Instructional Supervision to Master Teachers, School Heads, Assistant School Heads, EPS ILALS, Public Schools District and Education Program Supervisors and EPS IFALS on October 11-12, 2024. Venue will be announced in a separate issuance, 2. This activity aims to update the school leaders on the RO7 Manual of Instructional ‘Supervision to fully implement the utilization of the said manual and its corresponding tools to ensure proper implementation, and to generate authentic results which shall be the basis for designing appropriate assistance and intervention. 3. The participants in this orientation are the Master Teachers, School Heads and Assistant School Heads (Elementary and Secondary), EPS II-ALS, Education Program and District Supervisors, and Division MIS Core Team. Please see attached Enclosure. 4. School Heads are hereby directed to arrange the schedule of classes handled by the Master ‘Teachers in compliance with the DO 9, s. 2005 titled instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time- On-Task Ensuring Compliance Therewith. 4. Meals will be served to all participants and other incidental expenses shall be charged to Division HRTD funds while travelling expenses will be charged to School/Division MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. First meal will be snacks on October 11 and on Day 2 breakfast and lunch will be served. 5. Half-day service credit shall be granted to master teachers and 4-hour Compensatory Time Of for school and division non-teaching personnel who will attend/participate in the activity on Saturday in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53 s, 2003, titled ‘Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Credits to Teachers". 6. _ Immediate dissemination of, and compliance with this Memorandum is desired. ®.
