Draw Your Diagram

Define the Notification performer ( operations user)

2. Save the workflow


Save the workflow in a flat file as a backup that you can edit it and resave it inside database

Save the workflow inside the database to be able to run it

3. Test Workflow
Login as sysadmin user
Workflow Administrator web application -→Developer Studio
Search for your workflow

Run the workflow

Open the status monitor to check the workflow cycle

Login as operations user and check the notifications


Workflow administrator web application → notifications

Open the notification to see the message

Add Notification Performer

Save your workflow

Create New Lookup to be used for the message output

Create New Lookup Code for Accept

Create New Lookup Type for Reject

Edit your notification to set the result

Edit your Message to set the result

Edit the Notification Flow to include reject and accept results


Include another end event

Re-run the workflow , but this time reject the flow , display the status diagram
