Hi, Micaila,

We are confirming receipt of your letter of resignation which was acknowledged by


your Manager. It is stated to be effective on 05/03/2024.

For us to facilitate the processing of your final pay, you are hereby directed to clear
all your accountabilities with the departments listed below.

1. Your Immediate Superior - Please coordinate with him/her for proper


work turnover, Company regulations also mandate that he/she assist you
during the off-boarding process. Your immediate superior would also take
custody of the Company property that you have not returned due to the
absence/unavailability of any representatives from the below-mentioned
Departments
2. Facilities Department -You will be required to empty your assigned
locker and/or return any property that you have borrowed from the said
Department if any.
3. Information Technology Department - Please surrender your
Company issued laptop/laptop accessories/phone and sign the
accountability form for Company Equipment/Furniture. Failure to return
and/or any damage on the said properties shall be recovered by the
Company through legal action.
● Community Department: Please surrender your headset and/or
company-issued phone. The Community Team will schedule a one-time
courtesy retrieval, within 7 days from your last working day. Schedules
are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, only (Saturdays only for Bohol).
Please keep your communication lines open and advise us promptly
should there be any change in your mobile phone number, current
residence address, or personal email address until the company issued
assets have been retrieved.
Note: Failure to surrender the assets during the scheduled retrieval will
warrant you to personally surrender them to the site, for your
clearance. The Community team will no longer reschedule a retrieval.
It will be your responsibility to inform the People Champs about your
site visit, to return the assets for the necessary approvals.

5. Human Resources Operations - Please cut your company ID and


upload to the picture to this link.
For the RFID/Building pass, please surrender it onsite or you may
surrender it during the assets retrieval. Failure to return the
RFID/Building pass within 15 days from the effective date of your
separation will result in the deduction of Php500 from your final pay.

6. Please take the time to answer the Exit Survey Form

Information on Liquidated Damages:

As stated in your employment agreement with the Company, If you wish to resign
from your employment, you must give the Company a written notice at least thirty
(30) days prior to the effective date of your resignation so as not to jeopardize the
Company’s operations. Failure to serve written notice as required may render you
liable for liquidated damages equivalent to your daily wage for each day of breach
unless the thirty (30) day notice period is waived by the Company.

Reminder on Confidentiality

Please be reminded that you previously acceded in your Employment Agreement


that all information, records, papers, digital storage devices, and documents of the
Company and its clients and all information contained therein and/or derived from
your employment are confidential and proprietary in nature and that no disclosure
or reproduction of the same will be made by you at any time even after your
employment, unless with the prior written authorization of the Company, through
its duly authorized representative.

Once you have been cleared by all concerned departments, our Finance
Department would process your final pay, consisting of your unpaid workdays,
premium pay (if any), unused leave credits (if any), and/or tax refund (if any). Also
note that as a standard, your SSS Loan Balance (if any) will be deducted
from your final pay. Should you desire to undertake paying the SSS Loan on your

You will be notified through email for the status of your final pay and if your final
payment has been processed. In case you have any concerns with your final pay
computation, kindly reach out to our Finance Team at

otherwise, the amount of your final payment will be determined as final.
