We have started the year with some of the strategic wins like GM - OnStar, ITSM Process
Implementation for Salesforce etc.
We see our existing customers adopting multiple clouds from just one cloud within Salesforce eco
system and this generates more Base Account Growth with more Annual Recurring Revenue.
From our delivery perspective, there are some key engagements, worth mentioning are Toyota
Canada, Great America, NYL, Catapult where our teams have done a great job which is leading to

Salesforce Practice Leader
We see many of our prestigious customers like Amerisource Bergen, Florida Power and Lighting,
American Express started visiting our India Premises where we have been showcasing our
capability, transformative work that we are doing for other customers.
We had wonderful moment presenting one of our most successful programs that we are delivering
to Health Service Executive – Government of Ireland during John Granger's visit to India. This
program was initiated during pandemic to create unified vaccine management platform for Ireland
citizens. Through this platform Ireland Government has administered 12MN Covid vaccines with
4MN Ireland citizens registrations. Post pandemic, this platform is extended to administer vaccines
for Pneumonia, flu and Epilepsy

I hope you and your loved ones are doing well. The IBM Salesforce family has been rapidly
expanding over the past few years, and we anticipate this trend to continue in the upcoming year.
To accelerate global expansion, IBM has acquired several Salesforce boutique companies. Today,
Salesforce has become one of the largest enterprise suites of various industry applications, and it
is no longer just a buzzword. With every release, Salesforce introduces new tools and features in
AI, constantly evolving to meet the expectations of various businesses in this digital era.
Prathamesh Kshirsagar In this context, it is crucial to stay up to date with technology and skills. IBM is one of the few

roles. Both industry and Salesforce knowledge are crucial for future success. Therefore, I
encourage you all to take at least one Salesforce certification per quarter and to challenge
yourselves by completing various IBM industry badges as well. As a consultant, it is essential to
communicate with customers in their business language.
Lastly, I want to remind you that we are all part of the same family, and it is important to support
and take care of each other. This is especially relevant for our interns and graduates who are
starting their careers. Mentoring and coaching them is a way to give back, as we have all been
through similar phases in our careers.
I hope you and your family are doing well. At the outset, I like to thank you for all your contribution
for a very successful 2022 and Q1 this year. Going forward, I urge all of you to move towards a
more office based collaborative ways of working which will help us to accelerate realizing our
client’s objectives and ensure programme success wherever you are working.
As part of our Salesforce practice, I manage one of the largest Salesforce engagement in IBM with
around 200 practitioners comprising of highly qualified SFDC Certified Architects, Developers &
Consultants. I am proud to say we started our journey in 2014 by training few Java and Siebel Kolandasamy Chinnasamy

For our customer who is one of the largest Energy Industry player, we had the vision of future and
keeping that in mind, we have delivered some game changing first of a kind tools. Few examples
are Customer 360 platform, visualization tool combining Sales, Service and feedback in one place
and many more. Some of the other big impact deliveries includes Complex SAP to Salesforce
migration, DevOps CI CD automation for Salesforce, State of the art Spring CM (DocuSign)
implementation ,Geopointe, Salesforce One, Einstein Chat Bot, Medallia surveys etc.
In the end I would like to amplify again, there is no limit for learning new skills, Salesforce has
been growing so fast and it is one the most actively used platform in the market today to get 360
Customer insight. If you are already part of Salesforce ecosystem, you should always find out a
way to be aligned with all new products and features from Salesforce. You should target at least
one if not two certifications this year and IBM promotes and encourages such learning actively.

SKILL TRACKER
In 2021, a Salesforce skills tracker tool was introduced for CIC practice, proving to be a valuable asset in showcasing
practice proficiency, organizing training plans, responding to RFPs, identifying deficient skills, recognizing strong subject
matter experts, and acquiring certifications.
In Q1, a second version of the skill tracker tool was released, with a focus on enhancing adoption and providing
notifications for quarterly updates on skills. Additionally, the tool now generates skill-specific reports for all managers to
access and view the latest practice status independently, eliminating the need to reach out to tool administrators.
Value-add: The tracker enables a 360 Degree view of individual skills at Practice level. It highlights the area where we as a
collective, have expertise/have further potential. Further, it is a scalable tool that can be extended to global level.
We encourage everyone at IBM to update skills on Skill Tracker Portal, share it with your friends outside of Salesforce
practice as well!

Sarika joined as a TRE intern and secured her place in the same project with the skills she gained
over COPADO training & her prior experience in Salesforce. Till today she owns the complete setup
and Releases Management in the PFIZER project. She trained almost all the people, who are in the
project / joins the project, on Copado and herself becoming PRO on all the features in the tool. She
posted the usage of COPADO in the PFIZER account in the COPADO Community and won this
award.
