Additional Instructions for mailing your package
Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery
address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side. Please affix return label on the package.
Failing to affix the return label on the package could result in refund being denied by Amazon.
If you don't have a printer and have difficulty printing all return documents please follow below steps
to avoid refunds being denied by Amazon.
Write down the "to address" and "from address" legibly as it appears in the "Return Mailing label" and affix
on the package.
Write down the 12 character Amazon identifier found beneath the barcode in your "Return Mailing label".
Example Amazon identifier: D1xXXxXxXRMA.
Write the "Declaration Letter" in a piece of paper and attach to the package.
Attach a copy of the original invoice / bill.
Choose a carrier with package tracking capabilities. Choosing a carrier without tracking capabilities could
result in refund being denied by Amazon. (Preferred service is EMS Speed post)
