are entered along with UID

wise registration report, Dept wise and Doctor Wise Outpt.,
details.
Wards
The information and maintenance of various beds in the wards
along with the details f occupancy status and rental charges of
the ward.
Ward of the patient within wards and between wards is also
maintained from HIMS
Wards reports – Pt wise Ward charges, Pt wise surgeon
charges, Temporary Discharge Slips, Ward wise Bed details are
also included in HIM software.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointment Scheduling search of pt by any combination of
information, fast and easy admission into the hospital
Appointment Scheduling reports – Date wise appointments list,
Details of Lab and OT appointment are added to HIMS which
helps the Doctor for early access to pt appointment history.
Laboratory
Lab activities such X rays, Cardio logical, Pthological reports
etc, are integrated into other modules of HIMS along with IP/OP
registration and billing modules
Lab Reports –
Lists of test and details, Dept wise Inpt, and Out pt Lab test
results, Pt wise Miscellaneous Test results, Admission Number
wise results.
Operation Theatre –
Operation for a particular date, time and duration, transfers to
and from the OT and records pre and post-surgery details
