M5A-01D. Highest power generating efficiency in
the 5 MW class
On 7th August, 2020 Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. has received the Best
Paper Award for its academic paper, presented at ASME Turbo Expo 2019
organized by the International Gas Turbine Institute (IGTI) of the American
Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

KHI - first in-house-developed 107 MW class CCPP

17th September, 2020 — KHI Ltd. announced the completion for


Kashima South Joint Power Corporation (Kamisu City, Ibaraki
Prefecture) of 107 MW CCPP.

The plant include a


cogeneration facility
supplying electricity
and steam according
to demand from
surrounding
factories.
