Title: Troubleshooting guide for Policy Guru Teams App

Objective: The objective of this document is to troubleshoot the issues faced by


a user in Policy Guru Team Apps.
Procedure/Steps:
Scenario 1 :- If user wants to share the feedback if they are not satisfied by the
response of the Policy Guru App.
Solution :- User can provide the feedback by clicking on dislike button under
feedback section.

Scenario2 :- If user wants to access previous conversation on the app.


Solution :- User can access the previous conversation by clicking on the clock
icon on the right top corner of the window.
Scenario 3 :- If user wants to start a new conversation on the app.
Solution :- User can start a new conversation by clicking on the eraser button
on the right top corner of the window right next to question mark button.

Scenario 4 :- If user is not able to login into the app.


Solution :- Please reach out to [email protected] (EDP team) for
access.

Scenario 5 :- If user is getting Dangerous site while logging into application.


Solution :- Click on the details button on the bottom left side of the screen and
then click on the this site is safe link(highlighted in yellow in below screen shot).
It will redirect you to the application login page.

Scenario 6:- Submit button is disabled on Consent Screen

Solution :- Click on the “Rich's AI Policy” link and read the Rich’s AI Policy after
it Submit button will get enabled.
Scenario 7:- How to close the citation screen
Solution :- Click on the arrow on right top of the application response.
