    I am Neil P. Rosquites, a fifth-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture student at Cagayan State


    University - Carig Campus. I am currently enrolled in AR 511 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN 9 -
    THESIS RESEARCH WRITING and conducting research for my Architectural Thesis Proposal entitled
    "Avian Sanctuary: A Proposed Ornithology Center and Eco Park for Migratory and Native Birds
    in Santa Ana, Cagayan: Promoting Biodiversity Conservation through Eco-Centric Design."

    In line with this, I am writing to seek the assistance of your good office so that I can acquire the necessary
    data for my study as well as other vital information that could affect my proposed thesis. If it is possible,
    I would like to conduct an interview and request for some documents, as listed below:

     Biodiversity and Avian Species Inventory in Santa Ana, Cagayan, including migratory and native bird
    populations.
     Protected Areas and Conservation Programs currently in place within Santa Ana and adjacent regions.
     Environmental Impact Assessments related to avian habitats in the area over the past 5 years.
     Ecotourism and Conservation Strategies implemented in other similar sanctuaries within Region II.
