 Abstract:
Court-Room is a groundbreaking digital justice platform designed to revolutionize the
traditional courtroom experience. By harnessing advanced technologies, Court-Room
streamlines court proceedings, enhances accessibility, and fosters transparency, accountability,
and efficiency. This cutting-edge application connects citizens, lawyers, and courts, facilitating
seamless communication, document management, and case tracking.

Court-Room boasts an array of innovative features, including Virtual Courtrooms with

secure, real-time video conferencing, automated Case Management, Lawyer-Citizen Matching,
secure Document Repository, and Real-time Transcription services. These features yield
numerous benefits, such as improved access to justice for underserved communities, enhanced
efficiency, increased transparency and accountability, cost savings, and streamlined
communication and collaboration.

Court-Room's impact extends beyond mere technological advancements. By

democratizing access to justice, Court-Room ensures fairness, efficiency, and accessibility for
all. The platform's target audience includes citizens seeking legal recourse, lawyers and legal
professionals, and courts and judicial systems. By leveraging web and mobile applications,
blockchain, and video conferencing, Court-Room is poised to transform the justice system

 Problem Statement:

The traditional courtroom process is often inefficient, costly, and inaccessible to many
individuals, resulting in delayed justice and unequal treatment under the law. Existing court
systems face challenges such as:
