Position: Analyst/Sr.Analyst/Associate Consultant
Location: Pune

Requirement

Essential Skills

• Expertise in statistical modelling


• Hands-on experience with Python or R
• Expertise with SQL or SAS
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have Skills

• Experience with patient-level data for the pharma domain


• Expertise with Excel modelling and VBA programming

The candidate must have the experience in working with large datasets using SQL/SAS and designing machine learning solutions using
Python/R.

Areas of delivery for the team include:

• Use transaction-level datasets to answer business questions


• Build predictive models to drive business decisions
• Automate the existing process to drive efficiency

Responsibilities of the individual include:

• Structure an ambiguous business problem and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution
• Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform
• Dive deep into data, analyze and discover patterns/root causes
• Design robust and scalable prediction algorithms

Education and Experience Requirements

1. Bachelors / Masters in Engineering - preferably CS, IT, Statistics/Mathematics


2. MBA is a plus
