After analyzing the employees view on behalf of their comapny by questionnaire and face to face interview we have found some valuable results of the Multisoursing Ltd company.
From the questionnaire we came too know that whenever they used to hire employees from the external sources,they liked to advertise for the applicants by web based advertisement.
3.11Evaluation of Human Resource related Information for a particular Purpose:In this case they used to evalute the human resource related information for a
particular purposes by the help of top management and practionners and also the help of the employees where they used to share knowledge and informaton to open the window.
4.Limitaions:
As the Multisourcing Ltd. is a small enterprise and throug the survey we have found that overall they are quite happy with their human resource information system as well as the HR system but we think they may have some problems which can be: i)In terms of their employment search sources they only follow the web based advertisement that may not be more whenver we think about their companys advertisement or promotion. ii)Whenever keeping datas of the applicant only CV is not a good option ,where they may need the record of other informations also beyond the CV. iii)They also keep the records of the experience only fo the employees former job.
Suggestion:
After getting all the HR related informations and also finding out some f their lackings we can give them some suggestions:
i) To find out or recrit the employees Multisoucing Ltd should also follow the other medias like newspaper advertising, taking help of the Professional firm etc that will help not only get a good and experinced emlpoyee,also will promoote their company that will help them to expand the buisness. ii) They also should keep the record of other informations also beyond the CV that will help to find and recognize them in terms of their measurind the employees and also to find the problems. iii) They also should check out the Nature of the Buisness of the former employees. iv) As Multisourcing is small enterprise that follows the systemsof its main company Multimode in terms of the leave form, appraisal form,how to keep the promotion or expertise file and so on that sometimes may not matches with that large organization.So,for that they can prepair some of this according to its range and organozed system and also should implement their own favorable style.
