Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with at least 3 years of
experience in the field. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, providing actionable
insights, and supporting decision-making processes across various business units. The role
requires proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel or similar
tools, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends,
patterns, and actionable insights that will drive business decisions.
● Data Visualization: Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to
communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales,
finance, and operations to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
● Advanced Excel & Tools: Use advanced Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools to
manipulate, clean, and transform data. Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or
similar is a plus.
● Problem Solving: Provide analytical solutions to business challenges and support
data-driven decision-making processes.
● Mentorship: Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in data analysis, reporting,
and visualization techniques.
● Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements within the data
analytics team, identifying and implementing ways to enhance data quality, analysis
methods, and reporting workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or


a related field.
● Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data
analysis tools.
o Solid experience with SQL (queries, joins, aggregations).
o Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is
a plus.
o Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools like R or Python is an advantage.
● Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
● Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and
reporting.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics,
Mathematics, Economics, etc.) is preferred.
