Task 1: Create a Simple Contact Form

Objective:
Design a basic contact form where users can submit their name, email, and message.

Instructions:

1. Title your webpage (e.g., “Contact Us”).


2. Add a heading, such as “Contact Form.”
3. Create a form that includes:
• Text input fields for the user’s name and email.
• A textarea for the user to write a message.
• A submit button to send the form data.
4. Ensure that the email field uses proper validation attributes like type="email" to
ensure correct data entry.
5. Add appropriate labels for each form element and use <br> tags to space the
form fields.
Task 2: Registration Form with Gender and Hobbies

Objective:
Create a registration form where users can sign up, select their gender, and choose their
hobbies.

Instructions:

1. Title the webpage (e.g., “User Registration”).


2. Add a heading called “Registration Form.”
3. The form should include the following:
• Text input fields for First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password.
• A radio button group for selecting Gender (Male, Female, Other).
• A checkbox group where users can select multiple hobbies (e.g., Reading,
Traveling, Sports, etc.).
• A dropdown menu for selecting their Country.
• A submit button at the end of the form.
4. Make sure to use the appropriate form elements like <input>, <select>, and
<option>.
Task 3: Feedback Form with Rating System

Objective:
Create a feedback form for collecting user feedback, including a rating system for services.

Instructions:

1. Title the webpage (e.g., “Feedback Form”).


2. Add a heading called “We Value Your Feedback.”
3. The form should have the following fields:
• Text input for the user’s name.
• A textarea where users can write their feedback/comments.
• A rating system using radio buttons or a dropdown where users can rate the
service from 1 to 5 stars.
• A checkbox option to ask if they would recommend the service to others
(Yes/No).
• A submit button to send the form data.
4. Ensure that each section is clearly labeled and properly spaced using line breaks
or <br>.
