Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:


 Lead and inspire a small team of 10 dedicated staff members to
deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for
families.
 Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure all team
members perform their duties effectively and uphold the highest
standards of professionalism.
 Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers,
hosts, and bartenders.
 Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
 Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
to staff members.
 Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and
excellent customer service.

Operations Management:
 Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
procedures.
 Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing,
scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations.
 Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain high food quality and
service standards.
 Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure
adequate supplies.
 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as
company policies and procedures.
 Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the
restaurant premises to create a safe and inviting atmosphere for
guests.

Financial Management:
 Manage budgetary goals and financial performance targets,
including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
 Manage restaurant budgets and expenses to achieve profitability
targets.
 Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for revenue
growth.
 Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
 Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and
implement strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining
high-quality standards.
 Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

Customer Service Excellence:


 Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional
service and addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and
professional manner.
 Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and
professionally.
 Interact with guests to build rapport, gather feedback, and
continually improve their café experience.

Menu Development and Quality Control:


 Collaborate with the kitchen to develop and refine menus that
reflect our commitment to healthy eating and quality ingredients.
 Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and taste,
adhering to established recipes and standards.

Community Engagement and Promotion:


 Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
and drive sales.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to organize special events and
promotions.

Requirements:
 Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a
family-friendly or childcare-focused environment.
 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
motivate and manage a diverse team.
 Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and child safety
practices.
 Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory
management.
 Creativity and innovation in marketing and promotional activities.
 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Benefits:
