Ceremonial Brass Ensemble

Performance Agreement for Commencement

This agreement is between the School of Music at Texas State University and herein
called “Performer” to play for Commencement. Performer commits to performing on (instrument)
with the Texas State Ceremonial Brass Ensemble with all music parts prepared on ALL
dates listed below for a total payment of $300.00.

Rehearsal(s) to be held in Rm 224


 Monday, December 9th at 2PM-3:30PM
 Wednesday, December 11th at 2PM-3:30PM

Ceremonies to be held at the University Events Center – Strahan Arena


*Traffic and parking will be challenging. Be early & stay all day. Do not plan to leave between ceremonies.

 Friday, Dec 13th – CALL TIME 9:15am  Saturday, Dec 14th – CALL TIME 9:30am
Ceremony 10:00am – Lunch provided Ceremony 10:00am – Lunch provided
Ceremony 2:00pm – Dinner provided Ceremony 2:00pm – Dinner provided
Ceremony 6:00pm Ceremony 6:00pm

Food will be provided by the President between ceremonies.
