Purpose: To explore attitudes toward technology use and the need for breaks from
digital devices.
1. How many hours per day do you spend on screens (including phones,

2. How do you feel after spending a long time on digital devices?
 A) Energized and productive
 B) Neutral, I don’t really notice a difference
