About the role:


Java Developers at Kinaxis create algorithms to optimize supply chains. Ever wonder how the
hundreds of parts in your new smart phone come together from different suppliers all over the
world. Kinaxis solves problems like that every day.

Job Title – Associate Software Developer - Java Developer


Mode: Internship to Full Time Conversion
Eligibility Criteria: 8.5 CGPA and Above with No outstanding arrears
Degree: B. Tech / B. E
Courses: CS or IT
Work Location – Bangalore, India

Internship Stipend: INR 50,000 per month (Jan – June 2025)


Full-Time Salary (CTC): INR 13,96,860 per annum (Including Retirals and Bonus 8%)
Core Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with your agile team members and other stakeholders in analysis and
improvement of existing algorithms.
• Invent new algorithms to solve challenging supply chain problems.
• Balance complexity, execution time and memory footprint to deliver performance
solutions.

Basic Skills required:


• Bachelors/master’s degree in engineering/mathematics/Statistics with specialization in
Computer Science or related discipline.
• Good knowledge of Java including object-oriented design and unit testing.
• Exceptionally strong analytical skills
• Be curious to learn. Be able to do research with minor supervision.
• Background in, or understanding of, operational research (OR) optimization, and heuristics
algorithms a definite plus.
• Experience using tools such as Eclipse or VS Code and Git
• Experience developing and testing data structures and algorithms.
