Dear Mr. Ramachandiran:

We are pleased to inform you of your formal admission into our Comprehensive
Commercial Pilot Training Program with Ratings for Cessna 152, Cessna 172,
Instrument Flight Rules and Multi-Engine with a Total Flight Time of 200 Hours in
accordance with the requirements of DGCA India. This is a full-time pilot training
program for a period of one (1) year. The cost of training is as follows:

Course Details:

Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating for Single-Engine Airplane

• 270 Hours – CPL/IR Ground School


• 126 Hours – Flight Training Cessna 152
- 100 Hours Pilot in Command
- 50 Hours Cross-Country 150 NM per Leg
• 12 Hours – Flight Training Cessna 172 Add-Rating
• 25 Hours – IR Flight Simulator
• 25 Hours – IR Flight Training C172
- 10 Hours Night Flying
• 12 Hours – Multi-Engine Course
In order to proceed with your course enrolment, you are required to manifest your
conformity with this Acceptance Letter by affixing your signature on top of your name
as seen hereunder and the payment of the corresponding cost of training with the
following terms of payment:

1. Commitment Fee Upon Acceptance - $20,000


2. Before Arrival in Philippines - $20,000
3. Before Completion of Private Pilot Course - $12,800
TOTAL $52,800
