UI/UX INTERN ASSIGNMENT

Objective:
Create a high-fidelity design for a key module of our SaaS platform that helps gym owners manage
their clients and staff. This assignment is designed to assess your design thinking, creativity, attention
to detail, and ability to create user-friendly interfaces.

Scenario:

You are tasked with designing the "Client Management" module for our gym management
platform. Gym owners will use this module to:

1. Add and manage client profiles.


2. Track client attendance.
3. View client subscriptions and payment status.
4. Send notifications or reminders to clients about their sessions, payments, or promotions.

Requirements:

1. User Personas

Assume the following user personas:

• Gym Owner: Tech-savvy but busy; needs an intuitive and quick way to manage clients.
• Staff Member: Uses the module to track attendance and follow up on pending payments.

2. Deliverables

You need to submit:

1. Wireframes: Sketch or low-fidelity wireframes for key screens.


2. High-Fidelity Designs:
o A dashboard for the Client Management module.
o A detailed screen for managing a client’s profile.
3. Interactive Prototype: Optional but preferred (using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools).
4. Design Rationale: A brief document explaining your design choices, color palette,
typography, and UX flow.

3. Design Considerations

• Brand Identity: Use colors and design elements that fit a gym SaaS platform.
• Responsive Design: Consider how the module will look on desktop and tablet devices.
• Usability: Ensure the interface is intuitive for users with varying tech experience.
• Accessibility: Design for inclusivity and ease of use (e.g., contrast, readability).
Key Features to Include

Dashboard:

o Summary of total clients, active memberships, and attendance stats.


o Notifications section (e.g., expired subscriptions, upcoming renewals).

Client Profile Page:

o Name, photo, and contact details.


o Membership type and status (active, expired).
o Payment history and upcoming dues.
o Attendance tracker (calendar view or list).
o Actions: Edit details, send reminders, deactivate profile.

Tools:

You may use any design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or others you are comfortable with.

Evaluation Criteria:

1. Usability: How easy is the design to navigate and understand?


2. Creativity: Innovative approaches to solve user pain points.
3. Aesthetics: Visual appeal and alignment with a fitness SaaS platform.
4. Attention to Detail: Precision in spacing, alignment, and consistency.
5. Design Process: Clarity in explaining your design decisions.

Submission:

• Submit your work as a link (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch) or a PDF.


• Include the design rationale document.

Deadline: 2 days from receiving the assignment.
