4. The units are placed between the single loaded gazed hallway and the glazed balconies.
Voids in the hallway enable privacy and a visual opportunity for openings on parallel sides of the units.
5. Wet zones display.
6. The single loaded corridor reinforces the directional condition of the
building: all units face the Danube. Its exterior wall is glazed which allows
dayligh access.

10. The mirrored units are equal to the sequence of
three distinct units.
7. The larger units are place in the center of the beam as the location of elevators
that impede the D units to be placed there.
Their indented walls shift from the planar facade of the other units.

1.The aggregation of unit types is an uneasy stack of blocks(a) that are
held in place by a solid concrete core(b), which houses re escape
routes.
2. The farther up the stack you go the more extreme the pixelation, and
erosion become; enhancing the sensation of vertigo.

This 3D isometric diagram simply shows the typology of each
oor through gradients of yellow. It is clearly grouped by the
genre of units. Following, there are 2D plans & isometric 3D

The goal for this diagram was to show the variation between oors and balconies. By removing all the
balconies from the isometric drawing, it has become clear exactly how the oors change, shift, and
deviate. Furthermore, once all the balconies have been extrapolated into their own drawing, it is easy
to see the dierences between them. The views are also shown in this model. Each face of the building
obviously gets a dierent view and quantities of sunlight, but it is most interesting when the building
staggers and jogs around the corners. These small faces then take advantage of views and light.
