fresh graduate with a bachelor degree in Secondary Education Major in Mathematics. In the
past four months, I have already honed my teaching skills in a real-world environment when
I was assigned to have my practice teaching at Milaor National High School, San Jose, Milaor,
Camarines Sur.
Within the period of my stay in Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology
(BISCAST) I was able to develop my teaching and communication skill and I believe it
contributes a lot to make me ready being a full-time educator. With all my experiences
training in college, I am confident that my level of versatility can handle all the upcoming task
and responsibilities being your employees.
Teachers are the prime mover. In order to be an effective educator, one must be committed
and know various ways to motivate, encourage, and drive the learners to help them develop
and achieve their goals. I ensure to work hard coming up with my lessons, incorporate needed
activities, and drive them to a real-world application of learnings so the student can make
progress to build their most capabilities. Though my teaching experience is not that extensive,
I found that facilitating rather than dictating is a better style of teaching. I am a highly
optimistic, enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate educator and I love working with
students.
