    SUBJECT: Req my leave during study hours

    Respected Principal,

    I am HOTA HEMA CHANDRA of class X/A1. I want to bring to your attention that I am unable to
    attend the study hours due to my medical condition. I have suffered from Typhoid (Stage 3). Doctor
    stated that the traces of the infection will remain till 2 months. He suggested not to travel in the cold
    breezes. I am currently suffering from body pains. I am unable to sit for long hours. In order to maintain
    my health perfectly till the board examinations, I am leaving the study hours

    Considering me and my health, I beg you to approve my study hour leave

    I assure that I will catch up with what is being told in the study hours
