1. Statement of the problem:

 Why did you select this specific research area and topic? Relate it to your
experience / problem in your context. (Give the background, rationale of the
study and significance of the study)

 What did you want to achieve in this research project? (Purpose & Objective of
the study; what are the critical question and hypothesis that was tried to be
answered in this study)

2. Literature Review

 What did you find about the problem in the existing literature (books / articles /
websites)? (Explore books and online resources to know what and how has
been already done regarding this problem)
 What are the major variables / construct of your project? Give definitions /
description from literature. (What are the key terms in your topic or study? what
do you mean of these terms? What particular meaning you will attach to the
term when used in this study?)

3. Methodology:
 What strategy, method and design adopted in present study? (Give rationale for
selecting this approach)
 Who will be the participants in your study? (Discuss the population, sampling
technique and sample size. Give details of the individuals or groups who were
focused in this study)

 What kind of instrument will be used to collect the data? How was the
instrument developed? (For example: Observation, Rating scale, Interview,
Questionnaire)

 How did you try to solve the problem? (Narrate the process step-wise.
Procedure of intervention and data collection)

4. References:

 List the works you cited in your project (Give Reference list following the APA
manual – 6th or 7th Edition).
