Location: Dallas, TX | Tampa, FL | Jersey City, NJ


Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Compensation: $91,000 - $110,000
• Salary Based on Location:
o Tampa, FL: $90K

Job Description:
The Test Engineer will develop test plans and execute them while being responsible for creating automation scripts and
SQL queries.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, maintain, and implement test cases based on user stories; present results and track defects to closure.
• Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium Java.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Review test cases and automation strategies with stakeholders for comprehensive coverage.
• Track test execution progress, reporting issues and risks impacting project timelines.
• Design end-to-end business scenarios aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with pipeline teams to resolve issues and drive adoption.
• Manage environmental and data dependencies for testing.
• Mentor team members on test coverage and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with processes and maintain relevant documentation.
• Mitigate risks by aligning processes with control requirements.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Selenium Java and TestNG with hands-on experience.
• Expertise in writing advanced SQL queries.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Micro-focus ALM, Bitbucket, Git, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and onsite/offshore work models.
• Experience in front-end and back-end testing using Selenium and Java.
• Detailed understanding of testing methodologies such as smoke testing, black-box testing, and regression testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Preferred: Experience in the Capital Market domain.
