Blue Prism stands out for its enterprise-level functionality, which is why many companies
choose it over its competitors. PeerSpot users note that the solution is easy to use, stable, and
robust scalability-wise. The security is also top-notch. One user pointed out that "One of the
most powerful features in Blue Prism is exception handling. It's one of the features that really
differentiates it from other platforms." Blue Prism helps businesses with everything from
compliance to quality control and error-avoidance.
Valuable Features
Excerpts from real customer reviews on PeerSpot:
“The solution is way more efficient for debugging than other tools.”
Sergey Zlobich
Department Chief at IBA Group
Ajay Nayak
Senior Data Engineer at Baxter International Inc.
Sravan G
Senior Project Manager at Resolve Technology, Inc.
Renjith Raghunathan
RPA Team Lead Developer at Standard Chartered Bank
“I like the solution’s simplicity in process and objects. The solution has very
clear guidelines and demarcation on processes and objects which is not
present in other tools. The tool’s architecture is also very simple and clear.
The product’s licensing model is also very simple. Other tools do not have
such a simple licensing model.”
Gul Ansari
Solution Architect-Intelligent Automation at Kone Oyj
SanjayVyas
Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital
The most effective feature of the product revolves around the area of application
designer with which a user can interact with most of the different applications.
SAP, Excel, and the web are all areas that one can easily integrate into Blue Prism.
The product's scalability feature's flexible nature has had an impact on our
customer's business processes. My company initially started with three robots, but
now, we are at eleven. The product offers flexibility, and it is possible to increase
its use easily.
”
“We've automated web applications in the banking domain using Blue Prism. This
involved automating long and complex banking processes. Every action we
automate with the tool generates an audit log, which is safe within the LogRhythm
environment. I do find the Decipher feature very useful when it comes to
document automation. ”
“The advantage of the solution is the automation we can do with the solution. We
are saving a few dollars by automating tasks that we used to complete manually by
allocating two or three resources in front of the system. Also, by automating, the
margin of error becomes very low. The security feature of the solution is also quite
good.
Blue Prism provides both on-premises and cloud versions. We are quite happy
with the Blue Prism solution. ”
“It's hard to make a definitive statement as we work with the tools available to us.
While I haven't had much exposure to the latest version of WorkFusion, I've heard
good things about it.
I switched from another RPA platform to Blue Prism, and I personally appreciate
the way they handle queues and their overall approach.
Blue Prism is a typical RPA platform that uses a low-code approach with its own
strengths and weaknesses. I don't have any specific details to share about Blue
Prism at the moment.
“The most valuable feature of Blue Prism is its very strong focus on
documentation. They have documents for everything, which include documents
for each component, documents for each action, and documents on how to defend
the process.”
“For one, it's easy to set up, and once it gets running it can handle multiple
processes in an efficient manner. It's a very robust system.
Another nice thing is that, due to Blue Prism being a market leader in its industry,
we often get people who are already highly familiar with it compared to other
products. This was one of the main reasons why we went for it in the first place.
”
Pain Points
The main pain points mentioned:
Sergey Zlobich
Department Chief at IBA Group
Ajay Nayak
Senior Data Engineer at Baxter International Inc.
“Though Blue Prism has now come up with features like decipher and
computer vision, it is still not able to address most of the issues, making it an
area of concern where improvements are required.”
Sravan G
Senior Project Manager at Resolve Technology, Inc.
Renjith Raghunathan
RPA Team Lead Developer at Standard Chartered Bank
“The tool needs to work on its security aspect since there is a lot of
regulatory compliance for enterprises like the GDPR. The product needs to
improve the data login policy as well. They also need to come up with a
mechanism where every change and upgrade happens within the element of
the target application. Our partner struggles to keep up with the
cybersecurity guidelines of my company.”
Gul Ansari
Solution Architect-Intelligent Automation at Kone Oyj
“The OCR capability, along with the connectivity with some of the legacy
tools, needs to be improved.”
SanjayVyas
Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital
“Blue Prism as a product is very good, but it doesn't have additional features, like
UiPath, which offers features in areas like attended and unattended automation.
Blue Prism doesn't have an attended automation feature. The tour also doesn't
offer features that can help in areas like document understanding and PDF
reading. Though Blue Prism has now come up with features like decipher and
computer vision, it is still not able to address most of the issues, making it an area
of concern where improvements are required. From an improvement perspective, I
believe that Blue Prism needs to have more skilled people in its support team who
can address the issues of users immediately.”
“I would like to see a cloud version of Blue Prism available. Both cloud and on-
premise options would be beneficial, as they would reduce maintenance costs. I'm
using the Blue Prism desktop, which is still in the initial stages. I want
enhancements in the Object Explorer and Application Model features to ensure
stability in upcoming versions. I have suggested a few ideas, such as incorporating
triggering mechanisms, but I haven't seen them implemented yet.”
“I don't think we can do the reporting and documentation in Blue Prism without
using any third-party tool. I don't think the kind of reporting features that Power
BI and Tableau provide are available in Blue Prism. Blue Prism is mainly for process
automation and not reporting, but maybe they can add a reporting feature.”
“The tasks we use it for performed well, although there may be some minor issues
with the 6.10 version. However, like every software, it is possible for it to have its
own shortcomings that will eventually be addressed. In our business processes, we
encountered an issue with a selector that stopped working, but we were able to
create a workaround for it since it was only affecting one selector in one area. I
don't think it's fair to place all the blame on Blue Prism because the application we
were automating was heavily reliant on JavaScript, which caused difficulties in
building the user interface. In my opinion, every platform would have faced similar
challenges when automating such an application. However, we were able to
resolve the issue and move forward with upgrading the system. I am not aware of
any problems that other teams may have encountered, so I can't say for sure. I
can't immediately think of any specific features either. I would need to take some
time to consider it and discuss it with our team before making any definitive
statements.”
“Blue Prism doesn't have a web orchestration or control room where businesses
can directly check the trends or carry out the process directly from the URL
without downloading additional software like Nextiva on their machine. Some
other features are also missing in Blue Prism. For example, the record and play
feature makes development faster, but it is not there in Blue Prism. When you start
the recording and do the activity, it automatically generates the steps. So that
feature needs to be included.”
“The tool needs to work on its security aspect since there is a lot of regulatory
compliance for enterprises like the GDPR. The product needs to improve the data
login policy as well. They also need to come up with a mechanism where every
change and upgrade happens within the element of the target application. Our
partner struggles to keep up with the cybersecurity guidelines of my company.”
ROI
Real user quotes about their ROI:
“We have got good ROI by implementing Blue Prism in our organization. By
implementing over a hundred processes, we have saved around half a million
dollars per year. ”
“Based on the project, the solutions have a return on investment or breaking point
at roughly 18 months. I rate the overall ROI a six out of ten. It is just a little bit
above the breaking point but it is worth it. It does not have much benefit in the
long term because our businesses are changing, and the time to use the robot was
short.
”
“When the DOC team shares our stats with the operations department, we
quantify the potential cost savings of using a particular automation solution.
Generally, we speak in terms of the number of full-time employees used for a
particular process. So, if there are 10 people working to complete a particular
task, how many people do we need after implementing Blue Prism? If the
remaining work is being completed by seven people after the implementation of
RPA, then we have saved 30% using Blue Prism.
“My clients report that there is a little bit of a challenge regarding the cost-benefit
ratio. My clients tend to feel that the overall implementation cost is a little high.”
“We have to do our business case before we wrote out RPA projects. Based on our
tracking, the business benefits for the last three years have been on track. Most of
our projects get returns within one year based on the human capacity that we are
saving, and we have seen and are on track for the business benefit.
”
Pricing
“The solution is not that expensive and a five-year license costs about 20k euros.”
“To use Blue Prism, there is a need to pay INR 15,000 per customer.”
“The billing is on a yearly basis. They send us the bill every year. My business unit
is billed by the technology team, so I don't know exactly how much they pay. In my
business unit, we have our first-year license costs, and then we have our ongoing
costs. Our bots cost projected per license is $8,600. Our projected support cost for
every year is about $38,000. Our operation agent costs anywhere between $50,000
to $55,000, so the saving is there, but it is still kind of expensive for us, but I'm
looking at it from the technology kind of billing us for it. This is the cost that we
have for our technology team, which is different from the licensing of Blue Prism.”
Setup
The setup process involves configuring and preparing the product or service for use, which may
include tasks such as installation, account creation, initial configuration, and troubleshooting any
issues that may arise. Below you can find real user quotes about the setup process.
The product's initial setup phase is not very easy. I rate the initial setup phase a
seven scale of one to ten, where ten means the tool offered a very setup process.
The setup process can be managed by an expert.
“The tool's installation is easier than that of other RPA tools. When deploying a
process to production, we ensure that we work in a separate, unmonitored
environment with restricted access. We install a centralized application server on
a separate machine to avoid database load issues. Additionally, access restrictions
are enforced so that only authorized personnel with restricted access can deploy
packages in the production environment.
The deployment time for one process varies depending on its complexity.
Complex processes could take one to two months or even longer. Testing and
deployment typically take about two to three weeks for a single person working on
a process from design to development.
“The deployment and migration process of the solution is very easy. Users won't
find any complexity while migrating from one version to another version, and
upgradation is quite easy to do. The installation and configuration don't take much
time, but we had to move Blue Prism hosting from AWS to Azure, which consisted
of hundreds of processes, and took four to six months to move from Blue Prism 6.4
to 6.10.
But we didn't witness any kind of complexity, and whenever a user gets stuck, they
can reach out to the Blue Prism team; they are always there to help the user. For
installation and deployment, we have two senior members with ten to twelve years
of experience who take care of the platform or server tasks. If there is any issue,
they will look into it.
The work process we have set using this solution is very easy, and we can connect
to the support team to overcome an issue. Maintenance of the solution is not
difficult; if you have one or two people to look into the server and platform, then
they can maintain a hundred processes in the environment. You don't need five to
six people to maintain and run a hundred processes. We have integrated Blue
Prism with Decipher and Ultima IA-Connect.”
“The biggest challenge is at the infrastructure layer, especially if you're doing on-
prem. Getting all the network and firewalls and all of that sorted out because many
clients want you to use the robot on the production systems, but the production
systems are in tightly controlled network environments. It normally means
opening a firewall, subnetting, and all that kind of stuff. But getting the software
up and running and getting the agents up and running, all that type of stuff, that's
pretty straightforward.
On the cloud side of things, it's providing access from the cloud platform to on-
prem data. So it's more client-specific security and networking issues that are the
challenge versus installing the software if you do on-prem or configuring it if you
do it in the cloud.”
“I was not involved in the initial setup process. It was actually done by our dev ops
team for one of our clients, and from what I know, there were no issues. They were
able to successfully set up the environment and get it running without any
problems.
“The initial setup was straightforward like any other Windows application. You set
up a basic SQL Server and install it. We installed it on our own on-prem server. ”
The product's customer support is responsive, but they take a lot of time. My
company is in India, while most of the clients of Blue Prism are in the US, which is
why the solution provides different support teams for different areas. The
product's support team took a lot of time to provide a resolution for a couple of
issues related to the tool, even though different teams from the UK and the US
were involved in the process of helping my company. Sometimes, people are
required on the field to offer support services.
“The customer service and support depend on your customer level. So, if you're a
platinum implementation partner or a platinum client, you obviously get better
support than if you're just using the standard features. But we've been involved
with Blue Prism from the beginning, so we have a bit of a privilege for this.
The difference is UiPath, you are part of the community, and getting support from
within the user community is actually quite effective. But it's just because of a
significantly larger install base.”
“Blue Prism provides templates for most use cases, but we've had to contact their
developers for a few OCR use cases. They helped clarify some confusion about
the documentation.
”
“In the beginning, when we were working with Blue Prism version 5, there were
some issues after installing the latest update. So we decided not to install the
latest version and only update after some time. Eventually, it became stable
without any issues. When we needed to contact support for updates, we had to
reach out to group parameters.
Most of the time, they say it is a known issue and will fix it with the next update.
When we faced challenges, like setting up a load-balancing server, the support was
good, and we could set it up without any issues. They provide good support for
known issues but may not be able to fix some problems.”
“The value of this product could be greatly improved if we could get satisfactory
answers from the technical support. The last time I opted for a learning license
from one of my colleagues, I never received a response from the company.
”
“If we purchase multiple bots, we always receive quick support from SS&C Blue
Prism's team. Therefore, if we face any challenges or issues, they quickly jump in
to solve them. I rate their tech support team a seven out of ten.”
Although you can program in Java or a specific XML-like language, it still involves
writing code. I wouldn't say that this is a bad thing.
As a developer myself, I actually prefer writing code. When using Blue Prism, I
often find myself having to rearrange blocks in order to create more space for
additional blocks I need to add. However, if you're writing code, you don't have to
worry about that issue.
Perhaps for an average business user, Blue Prism would be easier to learn.
However, Blue Prism requires more planning and preparation compared to
Automation Anywhere before starting to code. It's more similar to regular
development rather than ad-hoc development.
It's more like regular development, unlike Automation Anywhere which is more
like at-home development. Blue Prism may be easier for business users to work
with as it has a more visual system, whereas WorkFusion is more code-based and
deployable.
I stopped working with WorkFusion about three years ago, so my information may
be obsolete.”
“I have used UiPath and Robocorp. Blue Prism is more stable and provides good
support, and a monitoring and development perspective.
Robocorp provides Python as a programming license and the cost is very low. All
the features are available, but coding knowledge is required.
“We tried to use Automation Anywhere, but we didn't find the solution to be so
good. We also tried Power Automate, and Blue Prism is better in comparison. Blue
Prism is not that complex or difficult, anybody can learn it. ”
“I've considered other options because of how Blue Prism's product and its
acquisition by ACM have shaped its direction. Blue Prism seems to be moving into
a more confined space and may not be as open as UiPath.
In UiPath, the ecosystem just feels a lot broader, and there's a lot more innovation
and commercial models.
With Blue Prism, everyone wants to charge for everything, whereas in UiPath, you
know, the community guard. There's a lot of really good stuff and useful stuff
coming out of the community guard that are solving problems because they need
to be solved, not necessarily because there's a business model or a commercial
model sitting behind it.
Blue Prism is definitely more about the seats and tires, whereas UiPath is for the
sneakers and jeans guys.”
“There were three leaders at the time we did our evaluation three years ago and
were quite equal in terms of their functionalities. One of the factors that led us to
choose Blue Prism was the enterprise-level functionality. ”

Outlook, to automate data transfer and synchronization.
Valuable Features
Excerpts from real customer reviews on PeerSpot:
Gowtham J
Associate - Analytics at a consultancy with 10,001+ employees
Nilesh Pundkar
IVR Developer at Orange
“Triggering and scheduling were pretty good. There was no real commitment
with WinAutomation because the licensing was very fair and you could
trigger bots very easily.”
Ray Ozone
Managing Director at BHFE solutions
“WinAutomation is very handy to use, and it has the power to interact with
multiple systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or .NET systems.”
MateuszPaszko
Business Analyst at Icdc
Michal Dufek
management leader at International SOS
“You can create a flow, and it can be shared across different environments.”
Mapkar Mohtasim
Design Engineer at a manufacturing company with 10,001+ employees
“The email routing and management features are strong, as is the report
consolidation functionality.
The integration itself is good. I have not tried many complex workflows in it
because of the different limitations. For every plugin, I need to add some money.
It's not coming as a bundle.
The ability to integrate with third-party services works well. However, there are
frequent prompts for login and credentials, especially when interacting with
server-based resources.”
“The product provides valuable integration with other Microsoft tools. Azure
Logistics can refresh the data and convert images into PDFs and Excel sheets
automatically.”
“Every organization uses Microsoft products. Daily tasks and other basic Excel-
based tasks can be easily done using the tool. AI Builder is a good add-on. We can
very easily do some AI automation using it.”
“In our use case, we used a lot of website scraping, so I think that's probably the
feature I like the most. The solution provided the possibility to check the website's
content and navigate through it, which was very useful for me at the time.”
Pain Points
The main pain points mentioned:
Gowtham J
Associate - Analytics at a consultancy with 10,001+ employees
“Power Automate has fewer features and more limitations in general. It's
not as mature a product as some of the others, like UiPath or Automate
Anywhere.”
Nilesh Pundkar
IVR Developer at Orange
“They've already improved it, but I guess a testing suite would be nice to be
able to test your automations in real time.”
Ray Ozone
Managing Director at BHFE solutions
MateuszPaszko
Business Analyst at Icdc
“They can provide a deeper level of feedback about running processes. When
I compare it to Blue Prism, the control room has slightly less information
about the running processes and possible errors. I'm not a pro, so I am not
entirely sure if this is a core feature of the product or if it is because of the
way our partners have developed it or set it up.”
Michal Dufek
management leader at International SOS
Mapkar Mohtasim
Design Engineer at a manufacturing company with 10,001+ employees
“Power Automate has fewer features and more limitations in general. It's not as
mature a product as some of the others, like UiPath or Automate Anywhere. One of
the main issues I've found is that Power Automate struggles with accessing Excel
or other Office documents on servers. Even though it's a Microsoft product, we
often have to log in through remote systems, and syncing can be problematic due
to the way we use servers. At the very least, they should provide access to Office
365 directly, without requiring additional logins on servers. Most people utilizing
Power Automate are already working within the Office 365 environment. Any proof
of concepts (POCs) using Power Automate would naturally be built on top of Office
365.”
“We need to buy a premium license for Microsoft Power Automate because some
features are only available for premium licenses. It would be really helpful if
Microsoft offered some premium features in the standard version. Instead of
bringing everything to the standard version, it would be really helpful if Microsoft
classified one or two important things as standard, which are regularly worked
upon. The solution's licensing model is very complex and not straightforward. The
licensing model needs to be reviewed and changed. Sometimes, Microsoft Power
Automate's portal becomes a little bit slow.”
“We are looking for more data integration with various resources. Our plan is to
have a deeper look at it in November when we are in Seattle for the two
conferences. We would like to consolidate the data from various sources and
extract it in order to analyze it. We used an RPA tool and looked at the ML part of it
as well. I would like to see better data integration with different sources.”
ROI
Real user quotes about their ROI:
“So far, based on the development calculators that we've been running, it's
running far smoother and far more efficiently and faster. So, the estimated return
on investment over the past three months that we've been calculating has been
looking far higher than the Automation Anywhere solution.”
“We are able to see high returns thanks to having few machines with minimal
implementation costs. We are able to present our clients with their ROI upon
completion of each project and they see ROI's as soon as their first month.”
“We saw a significant return on investment because we were able to save a lot of
time from our financial and human resources staff, so this saves a lot of money
and the return on investment on that 1,000 euros is quickly felt.”
“It is quite fresh, but its return on investment would be much better than Blue
Prism. The Blue Prism license was somewhere around $10,000 a year, and we're
now on $40 a month, which is incomparable, but we're getting the same service.
It is in fact a better product. So, even if you've got some other costs, such as you
need some external coding at the beginning, you will get an ROI. We were positive
about our return on investment with Blue Prism, and we would be doing much
better than that with Power Automate, but I can't give exact numbers. I don't have
them.”
Pricing
“I would rate the pricing an eight out of ten, with ten being expensive because
there are charges for additional plug-ins.”
“It had by far the fairest licensing on the market. For the money, you got a very
good value.”
“We've got a subscription package. We are on a monthly package of $40. We've got
some discount because we're a big corporate client of Microsoft 365 and other
solutions, but the standard price of the package that we use is $40.For the product,
you don't have to pay anything extra. If you're using a partner, you need to pay for
their coding, advice, and services, which is a separate cost. The majority of the
features are available for free for anyone who is on Microsoft 365.”
“Microsoft Power Automate is part of our Office 365 package, there are no
additional licensing costs.”
Setup
The setup process involves configuring and preparing the product or service for use, which may
include tasks such as installation, account creation, initial configuration, and troubleshooting any
issues that may arise. Below you can find real user quotes about the setup process.
“The initial setup is easy. I would rate my experience with the initial setup an eight
out of ten, with ten being easy.
“The initial setup process was relatively simple, with additional modules that
could be imported during the setup.
“The initial setup process involves three trigger points. One is a manual trigger,
where users interact with a button or interface element to start the flow. The
second is the recurrence trigger, which allows users to schedule automated
maintenance at a specific time. Third is a data-driven trigger, where the flow is
initiated based on an event in a database, such as creating a new line item in
SharePoint database. Once triggered, the flow continues to execute, performing
the configured actions and providing the results.”
“For the initial setup, I would rate it somewhere in the middle, so around seven out
of ten. It's not too difficult, and with some tutorials and testing, it can be achieved
quite easily.
“It is comparatively easy to install. I would rate it eight out of ten. It will require
some knowledge due to the kind of setup it has. Also, considering the security
reasons of Microsoft, it predominantly requires the infrastructure set within its
domain. It cannot go out of its domain. So understanding all the nuances of it is
essential.
Other platforms are not cloud diagnostic; they are on-premise also. But as an
organization, Microsoft is not reporting that they would want to have everything
on-premise on the cloud. So, understanding all the nuances and recommending
that you get the right kind of security approvals done will be important because
certain customers are not comfortable with having the PAT agent configured in
such a way that it gives the data to the cloud. Microsoft is on. They are not
comfortable with it.”
“There needs to be direct contact for the technical support team. The users need to
submit a maintenance request and then wait for a callback or update from the
support team.”
“For me, the support is perfect. It depends on the kind of support you have, like
what kind of partnership you have. If you have premium partners, the support is
really good too. It depends on what support or what kind of deal you have with
them.”
“We've contacted technical support in the past, and it has been very good. We
haven't had any issues with support and are happy with the level of service. ”
“I have contacted the Microsoft community for a few issues. They respond within
an hour. There are a lot of Microsoft users and everyone contributes to the
community.”
“We created a few tickets with Microsoft technical support regarding a time issue.
We then created a workflow that initiated cloud workflow and handed it over to the
Microsoft Power Automate desktop, which took some time. The flow worked, but
after an hour and a half, it automatically disconnected due to either a lack of
available sessions or an error. We created a ticket and Microsoft resolved it quickly,
taking only one day. The issue was caused by the group policy, which had enabled a
session timeout of between 30 minutes and an hour, resulting in the issue.

“I have not felt the need to contact the customer service and support team since
most of my doubts were resolved through the tutorials and tech instructions
available on the website, which are very helpful.”
“I switched to Microsoft Power Automate because it's free. In many cases, it's
installed on the PC, I think, on the Windows server, and you can have the screen
installed on your PC or download it for free while authorized. UiPath usually costs
quite a lot. I think it's the most expensive one.”
“UiPath is more stable than Power Automate. UiPath has Orchestrator from where
all the processes are monitored, triggered, or scheduled. This feature in UiPath is
far better than Power Automate. Power Automate does not have a very good
orchestrator or control room to see all the processes which are running. If an
organization needs a long-term solution, it might choose UiPath.”
“We evaluated UiPath. It has better functionality and scalability. But, Power
Automate is more accessible as our systems are integrated with Microsoft
ecosystem.”
“Microsoft Power Automate is a newer solution to the market. UiPath is a lot more
popular and has more features than Microsoft Power Automate. There's a lot of
potential in that Microsoft Power Automate because it connects well with other
Microsoft programs inside the Suite which makes it even more powerful. UiPath
connects with other applications, but the fact that if you use Microsoft in your
organization, it's more seamless. It works better. ”

Pros Cons
“The solution’s use case for our company is HR hire automation. When an
employee gets onboarded there are a lot of formalities that HR should do like
collecting data for payroll.
Another use case is tender creation. We use the product for tender creation
whenever a lead is converted into an opportunity.”
“I like the solution’s simplicity in process and objects. The solution has very clear
guidelines and demarcation on processes and objects which is not present in other
tools. The tool’s architecture is also very simple and clear. The product’s licensing
model is also very simple. Other tools do not have such a simple licensing model.”
“The solution is quite stable except for a few security aspects. Our partners are
highly skilled and ensure that everything meets client standards.”
“The product’s scalability is quite good but not as good as Power Automate. Our
developers, testers, and support team uses the solution. There are around twenty
developers, three to four testers, and a ten-member support team.”
“The product’s support is managed by our partners 24/7. In case we encounter any
issues, the partner takes the necessary steps.”
“The setup of Blue Prism is quite simple. We have the three-tier architecture
database applications from the client that comes in the form of a development or
production machine.
The deployment took almost a year to roll out the pilot automation. We started in
early 2019 and completed it only by the end of that year.”
“I would rate the overall solution an eight out of ten. I would recommend this
solution to anyone where money is not a factor. Blue Prism is very stable and good
in terms of data and regulatory compliance if you are dealing with applications
based on RDP or Citrix-based applications. However, if there are budgetary
constraints and no RDP or Citrix-based applications, then you need to go for Ui
Path or Power Automate which is cheaper.”

Pros Cons
“We are a solution provider and one of the services that we perform is to build
automations for our clients. Softomotive is a product that we use to automate
multiple processes for use by our customers on their data, based on their needs.”
This product is cost-effective, which is the main reason we are using it.”
“We are looking to see more features implemented there are already available in
UiPath or Automation Anywhere. This is one of the main drawbacks.
”
“We have been using Softomotive for between three and four years.”
“It is stable, and we don't have any issues with this particular product as of today.
We plan to continue using it in the future.”
“We have more than 600 customers who use this product.”
“We have used Softomotive for the past four to five years, although in the interim
we tested Blue Prism. The cost of that product is too high.”
“This is a product that I can easily deploy on my own. We have less than 15 people
on-site who are responsible for deployment and maintenance.”
“This is a cost-effective product and now that it has been acquired by Microsoft,
we don't expect the cost to increase with the next release.”
“Considering the kind of experience that we have had with Softomotive, we would
always recommend this product.
Since this product was acquired by Microsoft, naturally the expectation has gone
up. We are not expecting too much of an architectural change, but rather, a few of
the small features should be added. The reason is that you like to stay competitive
in terms of cost. We have already deployed it to more than 600 customers and if we
are going to charge them more, then they'll be inclined to use another product.
